Talking to staff member was easy, going over what we required as a family of 3 for tickets and parks etc... We were found the best price on the internet by far for theme park tickets and will definitely be using this company again in the future if they keep the lowest prices.

I was concerned as this website appeared slow, and clunky. I checked and it all seemed to be ok. Wow, what service, the tickets cane thru in 24 hours (WDW 14 day park tickets), I rang them twice to check on some details and they were so friendly and listened to me and helped me solve my concerns. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again, worth more than 5 stars.

I have used Attraction Tickets for seven of the eight times I have been to Orlando. We go every year - apart from 2020 - and I always shop around carefully before booking to make sure I am getting the best possible deal.

On all but one occasion over those eight trips, Attraction Tickets has been the cheapest, which is why I keep coming back.

The reason I am writing this review is because of the outstanding customer service I received this week. I had already booked our Disney World and Universal tickets in July 2025 for March this year, I had just paid the paid the deposit.

I was logging on to pay my final balance and I noticed that the base price had dropped and, with the current offer applied, new customers would have been paying less than I was due to pay. ( which is still cheaper than others but the new deal was even better!)

I called asking if they’d match their current offer, I was expecting it to be a long shot. Instead, the team were friendly, professional and genuinely helpful. They reviewed my booking without any fuss and adjusted it to the new lower price, saving me ~£240! It was handled quickly, politely and with zero pushback.

In a world where companies often hide behind terms and conditions, this level of fairness and flexibility really stood out. It reinforced exactly why I have trusted them for so many trips. Reliable pricing, consistent value and customer service that actually delivers when it matters.
