There was some delay in my shipping but Bryant and his team were communicative, understanding and willing to accommodate mg requests. A classic (in a good way) of under promising and over performing. Would recommend them to anyone.

To be fair, the 4 stars should be like 4.8, but it's not a choice. The pc is fantastic. This is the first time since 1988 that I've purchased a pre-built pc. At a time when building your own with the same components as a pre-built, is barely any cheaper, well, I felt it was a no brainer. And doing it now, before memory prices continue skyrocketing, only made sense.
This might sound lackluster as a positive point, but the case used for this model is out of this world. Its by far the sturdiest one I've ever seen.
All components were built into the case with a lot of care and focus to detail. Most likely better than I would have done.
Now, the little negative. If you are hoping for a new computer in a short amount of time, forget that. They give you an estimated ship time when you order, but based on other companies, I figured they were putting a worse case ship time on the order. Not...then a few days before that ship date, they notified me by email that there was going to be a delay due to a factory move. I replied with an ultimatum, that I would cancel the order if it was not shipped on the date specified. Must have made an impression, because it ended up shipping on the day planned. We're talking like 3 weeks waiting for it to arrive. If you purchase one, pay attention to the ship date. You'll need to be OK with the wait.

Origin pc is great! Very friendly service on top of an ultra high quality product. Just got the New Arachnid pc and had a question get answered same day. Thanks Jay F.
Lifetime Origin PC customer just spawned!

I honestly wish I could give Oliver at Origin PC more than five stars for his help today. As a small business owner, I really value being able to speak with someone here in the states, and it makes me feel like I made the right choice working with a company like Origin PC.

After I placed my order for an OPC Millennium Prime, I went back to the website to play with the configuration tool and had a bit of a heart drop moment when I saw a much lower price. I was feeling pretty stressed and worried that I had made a mistake or been overcharged.

Oliver was so incredibly kind and patient with me. He did not make me feel silly at all. He just calmly walked me through the specs until we realized I had simply forgotten to add the second hard drive to my new mockup. Once we added it, the price matched perfectly.

Beyond that, he stayed on the line to answer my other questions, like where the system ships from. Finding out they ship from California helped me get a much better feel for the timeline, and it made me feel so much better about opting for the wooden crate armor to keep my investment safe. I am so grateful for his humility and help while I wait for the final processing on my order. It is rare to find someone who makes you feel that supported. Thank you Oliver.

I placed an order 9-11 days, then I get a ship date after ordering that's 17 days out... I ask is that correct, get a rock solid maybe? I ask for a refund the old well we should get an update soon can you give us more time... NO just cancel it, apparently a manager has to approve cancelations/refunds, finally a week and a half later the order has been canceled but still waiting on the refund. I can't imagine ordering from this company ever... Do so at your own risk.

Oliver was incredibly helpful. I was in need of a new PC and I’m grateful Oliver picked up the phone to help with all my questions as I was ordering. He went out of his way to make sure I had a great customer experience. Very knowledgeable and thorough in his answers.

Jay F, was a solid guide to the processes. I didnt have that many questions but the active support and check in was helpful in my inpatients to get my machine.

Support was quick and helpful. Flex was very nice and resolved by issue without a single problem.

Nothing to say except the customer service man. Pray it never breaks these people will not help you. I’ve been waiting over a year for any proper response from them. It’s been terrible. The worst experience I’ve ever had with anything involving electronics, worse than GameStop man. I’m sticking with Apple forever now.

Edit got a response from Origin PC. They only did so after I reported them to federal consumer rights division. It’s not going to help them now much will it? They are snails, not just because they’re slow but because they’re content to cower behind a screen. They have no spine. Call me, or it didn’t happen.

TLDR the plot thickens, it can only get worse!

The buying process is very straightforward. Selected my parts and the PC was built and shipped to me. The whole process from purchase to delivery took about 3 weeks. There were updates along the way from a representative named Jay. He was very helpful. I received notification emails when the order was received, being built, tested, packed, and shipped with tracking. The quality of the build is great. Packing was very nice too. You can unbox yourself but two people makes it loads easier. I’m very satisfied with my purchase from Origin. Turned the PC on after unboxing and everything worked great.

Odette N. was awesome. Very patient and knowledgeable- this is how it should be, and Corsair/Origin should be proud.

My last PC from Origin (bought 8-ish years ago) was the best computer I'd ever owned, and I've only been using this new one for a week but so far the experience has been just as good. Origin's builds look great, their customer service is also great (thanks Jay!), and the one time I had to ask tech support a question they were responsive and helpful.

Jay F was absolutely amazing over there at OriginPC. He constantly gave updates on the building of my PC. The PC has been top notch and the build quality was amazing! I will be doing business with them again!

Day 1 review. 10/10 customer support from Eddy Hernandez. Out of the box looks fantastic. Haven't stress tested it yet still in early set up phase. One wire bracket did come loose on shipment but honestly its expected in transit. So far very pleased with my purchase.
