Origin PC is the real deal. This will be my 3rd rig from them. It’s extremely well packaged for delivery, the machine runs fast, and if your lucky enough to get Oliver on the support team, he’s is the best there is… best there ever will be. 10/10 would again.

Your associate, Flex was very attentive to my questions and updated me about my order. Good customer service.

There was clear and precise communication from the moment my order was submitted; & constant communication with updates and details about the delivery + support information. Went above and beyond my expectations for a large corporation; & would certainly recommend to another person to look into.

As someone who owned an old PC that hardly got the job done, I decided to go with Origin PC's. Despite me knowing how to build a PC, I didn't have the time with my busy schedule. I am impressed, and that is an understatement. Their support is amazing, their specs are good for the price, and honestly, I am shocked.

I ordered my Origin PC on December 9th, and received the PC on December 19th, just 10 days, for a full build, integration, QA, and shipping. Out of the box, it is a beast, it runs amazing, and I would 10000000% recommend them to anyone and everyone.

I've built 5 PCs over the years, but I just turned 70 and decided my eyesight is so bad that I would have trouble building another one. So I decided to buy a prebuilt instead. My biggest concerns were quality components, build quality and BIOS configuration. I selected Origin because of their good reputation and I liked the components I could select.

I am very happy with the Origin PC purchase process and Oliver's (Sales support) frequent and informative communication from order to delivery. The PC arrived earlier than estimated and in good shape, it booted OK (nothing had shifted in transit) and the build quality looked excellent. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the memory was configured correctly to run at 6000 MT/s (instead of some default lower speed).

So yes, I'm very happy with the PC and my Origin PC transaction!

I sent them a minor "Getting Started" suggestion: Include instructions on how to activate OEM Windows. --- Windows 11 Home reported that it wasn't Active, requires OEM activation. I looked through my paperwork and emails for a key, but couldn't find anything. I then googled "activate OEM Windows" and found a reference that said to click Troubleshoot and it would activate, which it did. I'm computer literate, but this wasn't something I had ever encountered since my builds were normal Windows installs and had a key. This was a minor speed bump, but I suspect it results in a few support calls for you that could be avoided and it would reduce some user frustration.

I was ordering a laptop for my kid, and not only was it super easy to choose what I wanted for the build, but Eddy Hernandez kept me abreast of the situation on every single step!

He told me when it was received, when it was being built, when it was being programmed, when there was QC being done, and even when it shipped. I have never in my entire life had such a detailed service.

10/10 experience. If I am ordering another custom laptop, Origin is getting my business first!

PC is working great out of the box, was packed expertly and the service member Flex had good communication throughout the whole process. The build is solid and well organized, there wasn't any bloatware as far as I could see beyond the company background. Hopefully I don't have to use the support service but its there if I need it.

Eddie Hernandez want able to help me directly with my issue, but he promptly referred me to someone who could.

Oliver was very helpful and patient with my requests! I truly appreciate the time, effort, and professionalism in providing us with a solution.

Excellent customer support. They also say they can't honor specific or special requests, but they do read them in the comments and try their best (which happened for me!).

Fast,easy, and helpful service and information about my issue that was resolved in just a few minutes.

Was very helpful with answering all questions in a timely manner, and resolving a (small) problem involving the Pro Kit very quickly. The rig runs perfectly, no issues at all.

Service rep Oliver kept me well updated on my order, despite me never responding, computer had some buggy issues at first, but were all easily remedied by changing a couple BIOS settings. Runs great; can handle multiple programs on multiple screens. Wiring is clean and doesn't interfere with the aesthetics- 10/10, buying another for my friend.

I needed a new computer, and while I built my previous two PCs, I didn't feel like building one myself this time. If you look around enthusiast spaces, there will be a lot of anti-prebuilt sentiment, but I wanted to share that I had a positive experience with Origin PC. My desktop, a custom configured Neuron, shipped 2 weeks after I ordered. This was very reasonable, especially considering I reached out to request a change in parts during that time. The representative assigned to me (Flex C.) was responsive and helpful, keeping me updated even during that period between Christmas and New Year's Day when nobody wants to be working. My PC was assembled and packaged with care. (Professional cable management looks so much better than what I'd do myself). And so far, it's running exactly as expected- no crazy invasive bloatware, no proprietary BIOS, just a computer that works as advertised. No complaints.
