Petit malus parce que le délais était plus long qu'annoncé, mais je ne comprends pas certains commentaires. J'ai appelé plusieurs fois, j'ai toujours eu qqn et si c'était occupé, on m'a rappelé.
C'est sur que c'est une entreprise à taille humaine et pas Amazon, mais les produits sont de qualité et le personnel est sympathique et pro. Je recommande

Ich war von der Ausstellung in Eupen sehr begeistert. Das Geschäft ist super schön eingerichtet und man findet dort möbeltechnisch alles was man braucht für den Innen- und Außenbereich.
Wir haben unsere Büromöbel (USM Haller) auf Wunsch bei Homestorys konfigurieren lassen und waren von der Beratung und dem Service total begeistert und würden jederzeit wieder hin gehen.

On a commandé 2 canapés de la marque Rivièra Maison - le délai était un peu plus long qu'annoncé, mais on a toujours su joindre qqn au téléphone. La livraison c'est très bien passé, on avait pris la livraison avec montage, c'est un petit coût supplémentaire, qui en vaut la peine.

Extremely poor customer service - in fact, one of the worst I have seen so far for an e-business. I ordered a Vetsak sofa mid September, it is now December and I still have not received my order, even though the website indicated 6 weeks max. for delivery.
I have had to send numerous emails already to get updates on my order; Homestories seems to think it is not their job to keep the customer informed.
Here is the detailed history:
Sept 25: I contacted Homestorys to get an update and was told Vetsak can have up to 2 weeks delay for delivery. Estimated delivery date: early November.
Oct 15: I contacted Homestorys as discussed to get a specific delivery date. They explained they had already received part of my order but some elements are still missing; and it should be 3 to 5 more weeks until they get the rest. I am asked to contact them again end of November to get a new delivery date.
Nov 6: I write again to see if there is any update. I also took the liberty of contacting Vetsak’s customer service directly to see if they are indeed experiencing any delays at the moment. Spoiler alert: they are not. I confront Homestorys, offering to send screenshots of the conversation. Their reply? They basically accused Vetsak of lying to get customers to buy from them rather than a third party. Classy!
Nov 27: no update from Homestorys, I write yet another email asking for yet another update. No reply as of yet.
Homestorys, get your act together. I’ll happily amend this rating when you start showing some respect for your customers.

Wir haben mit einer angegebenen Lieferzeit von 4-6 Wochen ein Sofa bestellt, das nach 4 Monaten (!) immer noch nicht geliefert wurde. Über Verzögerungen wird man leider nicht informiert und man darf jeder Info hinterher telefonieren.

Der Kundenservice ist eine absolute Zumutung, da man nach etlichen Telefonaten (wenn man mal durch kommt) immer nur vertröstet wird und keine klare Aussage erhält, wann denn der voraussichtliche Liefertermin ist. Versprochene Rückrufe werden nicht eingehalten.

We purchased a table with a delivery time of 1-2 weeks. Now it's 4 weeks and we don't even know if the table is in their warehouse. It was still not delivered. The support answered only on followups and takes a lot if time and offers no solutions. Because of this experience I can not recommend buying products from Homestories. Look for an other vendor.

Malgré cet article fragile, tout s'est très bien passé, malgré un délais de livraison un peu plus long que prévu, je suis satisfait du produit et de la prestation.

J'ai acheté deux fauteuils magnifiques que j'adore mais malgré un emballage exceptionnel un des fauteuils était abimé.
Après une discussion très professionnelle et très amicale, l'envoi de photos ils m'ont fait une belle ristourne.
Très sérieux et des réponses très rapides.

Une entreprise familiale ou on peut appeller !
On a eu des petits soucis a trouver le lit qu'on voulait, ils ont pris notre commande par téléphone et on a pu finaliser le paiement en ligne. Très sympathique.
Livraison okay, sans soucis.

Bestelling gedaan, vervolgens niets meer gehoord, mail gestuurd en antwoord gekregen dat ik een bericht krijg bij verzenden. Alles was op voorraad en dan is verzenden de volgende dag staat er op hun website.
Nu een week verder en ik hoor niets meer ondanks vele mails en contact verzoeken. 120 euro verder en ben dus belazerd.
