Never done Pilates before!

It was my first day of exercise…
It was my first day of exercise and I can honestly say that my aching back was not as bad after only 9 minutes of the exercises this program set for me.

So far so good
I have only been using Organic Fit for two days, but the program is easy to follow and only takes a few minutes each day. I like that there are other activities I can also add to my exercise.

I love it
I love it, because the start is easy, but effective. I did straching exercise and my headache is over. I like that the system of meal and exercizes go together. It’s very important.
