I purchased the timer at Lowe’s and had…

I purchased the timer at Lowe’s and had it installed by a landscape irrigation specialist. I followed the directions added the app to my phone and easily programmed the watering stations an and schedule. I like the Internet connectivity and the automatic weather delay. The ability to quickly turn on any station for testing is also an advantage.

My B-hyve Irrigation Controller died on us

I bought a B-hyve Irrigation Controller over a year ago and it stopped working.
I called the their help desk and they ran some tests over the phone with me and told me, we’ll need to send you a new one. What great customer service and what a great product. I love that I can turn on/off our controller from basically anywhere and love the smart settings too.

Excellent customer service

Customer service agent recognized my issue and solve the problem quickly and very much to my satisfaction. Originally purchased the timer from Home Depot. The problem had to do with weather resistance so I just sent some pictures of what was going on and it was taken care of!

The first time I called I was…

The first time I called I was instructed to conduct my issue through text messaging. It was a total disaster. Three hours of texting and not too much got accomplished, so I gave up because it was 5pm. I was so frustrated so I texted to the representative I've had enough for the day.
I called back 6 days later, spoke to a living, breathing, live representative & conducted our business without any problems. I've always believed that talking to a person is the best way to go. It was much better the second day time I called.
A response is welcome but not necessary. Thank you
