I’m a repeat customer of Opul nails. I find the quality of the nails to be outstanding. I used to do my own gel nails with a uv light. I became wary of using that and looked for an alternative. I am a cautious person but once I find something that works well I commit to the brand. If there is a problem then I also say. I now have 17 sets of nails. Over the time of building up my sets, I have contacted customer services. They have always been efficient and have been great to deal with. My minor problems have been sorted quickly. The glue pads are strong but they do not ruin my natural nails. My nails often stay on for a fortnight to three weeks. I do my usual household chores and gardening. The stickability is truly impressive. I have just started using their cuticle oil and it’s made a difference to how my fingers look. The delivery time is about three weeks, which is the biggest drawback, but once you have them they are reusable. I try to plan ahead and order the ones I like in well in advance. I highly recommend Opul nails.

Fantastic nails and great value
Just received my fourth set! Love love love these nails. Easy to apply stay in extremely well. Look fabulous and arrived quickly. Reuseable and great value for money. The only problem is I want to buy more and they keep giving me discount codes!

Excellent nails
The nails arrived very quickly. I was really impressed by the quality of them and the colour that I had chosen was beautiful. I used glue pads to attach the nails and they lasted for 5 days. I had loads of compliments as people thought they were my own nails and were shocked when I told them they were false. Would recommend.

These nails are great I've just ordered two more pairs. Have had mine on for two weeks now they are so easy to use and l love the idea of being able to reuse them again and again . Ordering was really easy and dispatch was quick. Would definitely recommend.

Nails looked nice in the presentation box but apart from that once put the nails on they came off just as quick the glue patches was not strong enough to hold them on and delivery took longer than stated... Had high hopes after watching all the videos

If the nails came off very quickly, that is definitely not the experience we want you to have. The hold can depend on several factors, including nail preparation, choosing the right size, firm pressure during application, and avoiding water or pressure too soon after applying them.

Lasted 3 hours
So annoyed I fell for all the good reviews and believed the Facebook advert. I washed my hands, buffed the nail bed used alcoholic wipes etc and put the nails on using the adhesive gel strips at 10.30am this morning. By 1.40pm six nails had come off so just removed the other four. The nails I bought were French chic and were plastic and very cheap looking. Can’t believe I fell for it disappointed I fell for the reviews.

I’m really sorry to read this, and I completely understand your disappointment.
If six nails came off within just a few hours, that is definitely not the result we want you to have. Even with good preparation, adhesion can sometimes be affected by sizing, pressure during application, the adhesive not fully bonding, or the nails being exposed to water or pressure too soon after application.
That said, I understand how frustrating this must have been, especially after following the steps carefully.
Regarding the material, our nails are made from soft gel and are designed to feel lightweight while still giving a salon-style finish once applied. I’m sorry that the Chic French set did not meet your expectations.
Please contact us by email with your order details and, if possible, a few photos, and we’ll be happy to look into this properly and offer a suitable solution.

Game changer
I was skeptical but decided to give these a go. They are brilliant! I used the sticky pads and while it took a little while to get the hang of applying them once id got the knack they were easy. They stay put and i dont even have to think about them!

Great product and great price
Seen the hype so thought I'd give it a try. Ordered 2 sets and extra stick on gel. Arrived about a week later. Lovely packaging. Tried them the next day. Easy enough to apply. Obviously one hand easier than the other. Look amazing. Lots of fab comments from friends. Been doing the washing up and obviously showering. Been on a week now and not one has come off. Have been really surprised how good they are. Have recommended them to everyone.

Fantastic product I have awful nails due to thyroid condition but these have completely changed the way they look. Had them on for a full week with none falling off or coming away then changed them for a different set… no damage to nails and came off super easy. Will definitely purchase more (and I have).

Daughter paid extra for 3-5 days…
Daughter paid extra for 3-5 days delivery and it’s now been 7 days and no sign. I am worried as the 1 star reviews all say very similar and there are complaints about the quality. Order ref 19870.
Quality is horrendous, arrived yesterday and despite following the instructions to the letter they are not adhering properly! Do not buy! Can’t see that my daughter will get a refund now.
Update.
12 days have passed and still no refund!

I’ve checked order #19870, and I’m sorry the delivery took longer than expected despite the express delivery option. That is not the experience we want for our customers.
Regarding the application issue, if the nails are not adhering properly even after following the instructions, please contact us by email with a few photos so we can look into this properly and offer a suitable solution. We never want a customer to feel left without help, and your daughter can of course contact us regarding a return or refund if she is unhappy with the product.

Great quality nails. Good selection of nails. Videos to show how to put them on correctly.
I have also bought for my granddaughter she bought glue as she preferred using that so that the nails stayed on longer than with the sticky pads.

Great nails that really do as they say in the advert!
Finally, something being advertised that lives up to the height! The ‘stick’ for the nails is really strong and they are easy to put on. I’m not a very good girly girl but I felt quite feminine using these ails. The ordering was easy and the product is great. When they came off, and they didn’t until I took them off two weeks later nails underneath, we’re not damaged which has happened before when I go to a. 12/10 Opulnails!

These are the best false nails I have ever had. Yes they are false, with that in mind they feel real , comfortable and beautiful. I have never had so many compliments about how lovely my nails look.
