Deux courriels sans réponses, aucun message m’avisant des délais. Je suis extrêmement déçue! Je voulais encourager une compagnie québécoise et j’ai l’impression de m’être fait arnaquer!
Délai trop long et mauvais service à la clientèle
Commande passée il y a un mois. Après avoir fait un suivi on m’assure que ma commande sera envoyée d’ici la fin du mois de février. La commande n’a toujours pas été envoyée et je n’ai plus aucun suivi de la part de la compagnie.

It's been 4 weeks since I ordered and I have yet to receive any update. No shipping update.
Delivery is months- EVERY time! Buyer BEWARE!
Ordered Dec. 1st. Dec. 12th get email apologizing "due to a recent surge in orders (a lovely surprise for us)...has resulted in delays, but my order was shipping next week." Dec. 30th- still nothing. Emailed them twice, they "thank you for your patience" THEN tell you prints take 15 days to print and still no delivery date. This is not a "surprise" as my last order was the same thing. Customers should be told delivery in is MONTHS not weeks BEFORE they place an order, not after waiting weeks. They clearly sell with NO capacity to fulfill orders in any reasonable timeframe and choose NOT to be transparent with their customers. You don't get to use the "we're a small business" card and ask for patience if you consistently fail to be transparent with your customer! LAST purchase for me!
Very poor customer service & waiting for my order for 3 weeks!
My order was supposed to be shipped out 4-6 business days. It has been almost 3 weeks and my item has not been shipped yet. There is no phone number on their website for help. I had to find a number through a web search but no one was answering the line and a message could be left. Their customer service is non-existant. I would not recommend this business nor order from them again.
Still Waiting for Shipping
I am still waiting for my order to be shipped out. I’ve ordered bunch of prints more than two weeks ago, and the order still shows “unfulfilled” and no movement whatsoever. When reported the issue, I just get email saying they have global delays asking for one more business day for the order to be shipped out. I received the same exact generic response a week ago. This delay is not only frustrating, but also not acceptable. This is not how they state their processing/shipping process on their website. Will update.
Slow to respond, they will charge you to change your mind
I had to cancel my order, right after i ordered it. I reached out to their customer service and they took several days to respond. conveniently for them, they didn't respond until after it had shipped and so they could say they could not do anything to change it. I would have to pay all the shipping fees and to return it. Very poor service.

Absolute terrible company your package won’t even arrive, and they won’t provide a slip to tell you where it was delivered. Was WEEKS late and wouldn’t even issue a full refund after tTHEY MADE THE MISTAKE.

horrible experience. purchased 3 items and all 3 came in absolute shambles. Do not buy. They replaced my item and the replacement came in even worse condition and then they wouldn't refund my order. DO NOT BUY.
Low quality product and poor customer service - rectified by contacting parent company
Update 18 July 2025: I was issued a full refund and received an apology 1 day after contacting the parent company, Nolk (generic info@ email address nolk.com)
I would recommend this approach to others having customer service issues.

The product (large frame) was not of the expected quality. The back detached from the frame when secured and the front was translucent plastic rather than transparent (so viewing is obscured unless you're directly in front). This is a design flaw for a frame. I requested a refund, only to receive a reply from an AI tool. The policy of not refunding 100% unless the item is unopened is quite frankly ridiculous (how are you supposed to check that the item is in an acceptable condition?). Subsequent follow ups to offer a 50% discount were accepted by the customer, then radio silence from the company. The partial refund was not processed despite follow ups by the customer. The telephone number doesn't work. I wanted to support local, but I won't shop here again, sadly.
A rather big choice of canvas
A rather big choice of canvas, frames and other stuff, but I wasn't impressed by the discounts and other promotions. Like... During black friday there were no significant discounts which I had expected.
However, they were claiming about reduction up to... 20 or 25 % I didn't notice this in the final price and it was something that disappointed me much.
Probably, I got some issues like lags or smth else, but it's also not okay, you feel me? So, be careful with this website
