Friendly. Easy. Simple

The team at Ophelos were so friendly and helpful from the get go, making sure setting up a plan was easy without pressure or added stress. I dealt with Hannah, who was professional and knowledgeable yet friendly and relatable and made something quite daunting so effortless.

Excellent!

Finally, a debt collection agency that does things right! A lot of people find themselves in the uncomfortable position of being in debt, me included. However Ophelos do not hassle you, they send you polite and not that frequent reminders with no pressure! Makes the debt feel manageable and gives you control, with multiple payments options on a very easy to navigate website. Thankyou for allowing me to clear my debt in a steady and easy way!

Maryam was really helpful

Maryam was really helpful, I needed a refund as the payment came out my bank twice. Maryam emailed me explaining what I needed to do and when i didn't reply Maryam followed up with me to make sure i did the instructions to get the refund. Great person to have on the team.

Harassed daily for a debt that does not exist
Have emailed proof of this and phoned in this is ridiculous. I’m glad I have my faculties and am not a vulnerable adult who would end up paying a debt that doesn’t exist due to a company like this chasing debt that does not exist. Joke of a company happy to chase and harass people but not happy to rectify and compensate for the stress and hassle occurred during this
