Great value Stone Island

I purchased a pair of Stone Island jersey shorts at a great price which were promptly dispatched. I highly recommend Open Attire for mens brand clothing and will be using them again.

Good quality packaging letdown…

Good quality genuine items delivered quickly overall very pleased with my purchase from open attire however I bought two pairs of stone island swim shorts which are high end shorts and quite expensive which is ok that’s what I wanted but I was a little disappointed as one pair was packaged and sealed but the other pair was just open and bundled into a bag with the sealed pair not what I expect for this sort of purchesa

I’m glad to hear you’re happy with the price, the product, and the speed of delivery.

Regarding the packaging, I just want to clarify: I’m assuming both pairs of swim shorts were packaged inside our own branded packaging, and that the bag you’re referring to is the Stone Island blank cellophane bag. If that’s the case, these unfortunately aren’t guaranteed to us by Stone Island. Items often arrive without them, as they’re simply B2B warehouse dustbags rather than part of the product itself. For protection, we use our own Open Attire packaging instead.

Could you please confirm whether both items arrived inside our branded cellophane packaging?

Lastly, if you’d be happy to consider updating your 3-star Trustpilot review to a 4-star review, we’d be incredibly grateful. A 3-star rating does negatively impact our overall score and can discourage new customers, and it sounds like overall you were very pleased with the service, product, and delivery speed.

Amazing

Fast reply, Its my first ever designer jacket i purchased for my 18th birthday and i truly loved it! Open attire will always be my first store that comes to mind when making a purchase.

This company is a 100% fanastic as I…

This company is a 100% fanastic as I had a jacket that didn’t fit I they didn’t have my size I. The jacket but offered me it in a different colour or similar design and within days they sent the jacket that fit brilliantly. So thank you to to the team for help and quick emails back
