I bought a sweater. It was to big. They give me a part off the refund. I order the same sweater and other Time but the size Under. When i received it, I compared the two sweaters and both have the same size. They dont want to refund me for that. I will never order there again.

This company is a big con do not order from these people i waited almost 2months for my order and when it arrived it was total rubbish nothing was like the pictures they advertise 4 out of the 9 items i ordered wasnt what i ordered . you cant get a response they wont give refund and to return the items it almost costs the same as the item costs. Never again iv basically lost my money.

Sia nei materiali che nella forma non ché finiture e colore. Ho contattato ootdmw via mail chiedendo il rimborso . VEDIAMO SE SARANNO ONESTI E CORRETTI !

Complete scam, firstly they took just under 2 months to send my order across to me, due to less material. Then secondly, when receiving the order one of my hoodies was completely the wrong colour I emailed them about the issue they got back to me after a week later apologising they then asked me to send a pic to them which I did but they never got back to me. I then emailed them again and they responded 3 days later with a generic $10 coupon. I complained saying I don’t want the $10 coupon that I want my refund and they’ve never responded.

Compete scam I ordered Stanley cups from a link on TikTok and never got my order. I went back and forth with a customer service email for 2 days and when I asked for a replacement now it says the email address can’t be found.

This place is absolutely a scam. I turned them into the credit card company and they are going to do an investigation on the scams and go after them..

If there was 0 stars that would be accurate. Complete and total scam, do not attempt to purchase anything here. Was never given a total cost before my payment was processed using PayPal. I clicked cancel order button, an error pops up that the order cannot be canceled. I then email, site says response within 72 hours, I never got a response after 11 days and 4 emails total. I got an email saying order was shipped but that the tracking number provided won't work... Then, 2 days later I get an email that my order hasn't actually shipped, and that they are sourcing raw material from Cambodia and Vietnam. Thank goodness I used PayPal and was able to provide evidence of all this and was eventually issued a refund. A huge headache and waste of my time, save yourself and never order anything from ootdmw

Item not as described and trying to return the item is stressful. Plus then, it's too expensive to return as it's China. They have offered a partial refund but I'm still waiting for them to email back.

Achtung Betrug! Ware hat mit den Bildern nichts zu tun, billigste Qualität, nicht mal ein Label drauf… Rückversand muss man nach China selbst bezahlen (ca 45€ mit Sendungsvervolgung bei DHL) was bei einem Streitwert von 43€ keinen Sinn macht… Finger Weg!!!
