ARNAQUE !! VOLEURS ET ESCROCS !!
J'ai commandé un blouson doublé en simili cuir au mois de décembre, j'ai reçu un bout de tissu innommable et non mettable, j'ai demandé le remboursement et depuis ils me baladent en me faisant croire qu'ils ont fait le virement mais que c'est ma banque qui bloque !! 4 mois que ça dure !!!
JE COMMANDEZ RIEN SUR CE SITE, ARTICLES LOIN D'ÊTRE CONFORMES ET SURTOUT ARNAQUE PURE !!!

2 articles commandés le 1e/11/24,reçu le 11/02/25( pour Noël 2024).impossible de connaître le délai, impossible de les joindre outre un mail m’indiquant que cela est en cours de préparation.
Une fois enfin reçu, découverte d’un soit disant blouson qui ressemble à une vulgaire chemise daube,tissu indéfinissable.
Elle ressemble à rien,impossible à mettre.
75 € jeté par la fenêtre.

Achtung Betrugsmasche!!!!!! Ich habe jetzt das 2. Mal eine Bestellung getätigt. Jedes Mal das gleiche bestellt. Eine Shorts in Rot. Bei der 1. Lieferung im Februar kam diese in blau. Nach langem Warten erhielt ich einen Gutschein über 20 Euro. Dann habe ich die Shorts in Rot nochmals bestellt mit Verrechnung des Gutscheins. Nun kam diese Woche die Ware, und was ist? Jetzt kam die Shorts in schwarz. Wenn man dies der Firma mitteilt, kommt dann immer, sie können die Ware behalten und bekommen eine Rückerstattung in Höhe von 5 Euro oder einen Gutschein für die nächste Bestellung in Höhe von 8 Euro. Bei der 1. Bestellung waren es Rückzahlung 15 Euro oder Gutschein 20 Euro. Wenn man sich dann für eine Option entscheidet hört man nichts mehr von der Firma, selbst auf Nachfrage. Erst nach einer Bewertung hier, kam dann plötzlich eine Reaktion. Ich frage mich, ob das eine Masche der Firma ist oder ob jemand der die Ware verpackt Farbenblind ist. Nun ja mein Fazit: ich werde dort nichts mehr bestellen, Ich fühle mich nämlich hinters Licht geführt.

Furchtbar bestellte und gelieferte Ware stimmen nicht überein . Reiner Betrug nur ein Plagiat !

I would strongly advise against purchasing from this company. My experience has been incredibly frustrating. Not only did I receive the wrong item, but they then demanded that I pay extra fees to have the correct item shipped. This is completely unacceptable. Their policy feels like a blatant attempt to take advantage of consumers and extract more money from them. I have requested a full refund, but I am deeply concerned about the lack of customer care and the company’s exploitative practices.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this company if you value your time and money.

Terrible terrible terrible! I placed an order for a purse 2 months ago and paid for the bag. To this day, I still have not received the handbag. I have reached out to their customer service and they just keep saying, it is on the way! Don’t do it!! Stay far away!

This company is a fraud and I wonder who might be in charge of closing down a company in the international market this company will fraudulently collected my money 78 pounds and send the wrong item and the shipping cost to return It is 29 pound at the post office, they don’t send a return label with the item. I complained and they replied and never did anything concerning it. They promised to refund £23 since the 24 of January 2024, 7 to 10 working days they promised, today date is 17 of February not has been refunded.Please be aware when you want to deal with them. Finger weg ! Ignoriert Mails.
Habe mein Geld über PayPal erstattet bekommen.

Leider musste ich die selbe Erfahrung machen wie viele andere Nutzer hier. Zunächst extrem lange Wartezeit (6 Wochen) angeblich wegen Lieferschwierigkeiten eines Zulieferers in Vietnam. Dann einen komplett anderen Artikel erhalten als bestellt. Anschließend das hier schon oft beschriebene Prozedere: Foto schicken, Rückzahlung des halben Preises oder Übernahme der Rücksendungskosten durch mich.
Dies ist offensichtlich kein Einzelfall sondern Firmenpolitik. Ich kann nur dringend davon abraten bei ootdmw zu kaufen.

I ordered my son 2 hoodies for Christmas, It was 4 weeks late to arrive. The hoodies were of terrible quality and one was a completely different hoodie to what I ordered. I have emailed to arrange the return and refund. I'm told even through its their mistake I will need to send back the wrong hoodie - at my own cost!!

J’ai commandé un sweat, que j’ai payé 43 euros avec les frais de livraison.
Commande reçu mais pas du tout la bonne commande puisque j’ai commandé un pull rouge, j’en ai reçu un bleu clair avec en plus pas du tout le meme motif.
J’ai envoyé un e-mail, et vous voulez savoir les propositions qui s’offrent à moi après avec reçu une mauvaise commande?
1- on me rembourse 15€ et je garde le mauvais article
2- un avoir de 18€ sur leur site
3- je renvoie la commande mais je dois payer moi même les frais de retour !!!

I ordered my son a hoodie for Christmas, I got an email a week after it was meant to arrive saying that it was going to be alittle late.
It arrived and it was a completely different hoodie to what I ordered. I emailed twice saying that I got the wrong order and 2 weeks later got an email saying that they don’t have the hoodie I ordered and if I want a refund I will need to send back the wrong hoodie - at my own cost - they won’t give me an address to send it back.
Scam!!!

If there was a possibility of giving no stars that would be my rating. The ‘Carhaart’ sweatshirt I bought turned out to be fake and nothing like the picture. Avoid this company at all costs. If something is too good to be true, it probably is.

Absolutely shocking! Avoid this company at ALL costs.
I was stupid enough to purchase a velvet coat from an advert on Facebook.
I EVENTUALLY received a cheap grey mans coat, in other words, NOTHING at all like the item I ordered.
Having tried to contact the company to resolve the issue, it was only when I opened a case with Paypal that they decided to engage in vague communication. I've been offered a refund IF I return the item all the way to China at a cost to myself.
My guess is, my return will 'not arrive' and I'll lose both item cost and postage. It's simply not worth pursuing and I've written my money off along with a lesson learned!

Ich habe Anfang Dezember ein Hoodie bestellt laut Webseite würde der innerhalb 10 Tagen ankommen.. er Kamm heute an. Qualität ist absolut schlecht.. der Aufdruck ist billig, und nichtmal so wie auf dem Bild abgebildet.. 45€ bezahlt für Schrott!
