The company finally send me items today and have given gift and letter with apologies so is not that bad :)

I bought bikes for my boys sometime…

I bought bikes for my boys sometime back from OnYerBike Lancs (great bikes, good use out of them) and popped in today with an issue with a mudguard which Rory helped us get right, even though we didn’t have an appt and he was super busy. OYB continue to impress!

Great customer service

Overall, really happy with the whole experience. I've bought a bike, had work done and bought from the shop and everything was a positive experience.

Onyerbike is on my way when I ride…

Onyerbike is on my way when I ride cross country. On my last visit they helped my sweeter half find some new boots so when I looked for a Cardo second helmet set they were my first choice supplier.
Prompt and efficient fulfillment of order.

Wouldn’t honour online price

I ordered a Cardo Spirit JBL speaker kit for my second helmet, OnYer Bike contacted me to say there was some sort of error and the price was incorrect , they then offered me a lower grade kit for the same price, or the one I had tried to order for £35 more , I always assumed that it was the law that companies were bound by a price but this is obviously not the case. I’ve ordered a kit from infinity motorcycles for £23 less than the newly quoted price whilst I wait for my refund to be processed through paypal.
For me it’s an ‘on your bike ‘ to ‘on yer bike’

Excellent customer service.

I had a problem with my order, I received the wrong item by mistake. On yer bike contacted me letting me know the proper item was on its way and would arrive the next day, which it did.
Great customer service, coupled with a very fast postage, and good value as well.
I wouldn't hesitate to shop at on yer bike.
