Bike was a great price and delivered quick. Packaging was superb with manageable self assembly. When I phoned with a couple of questions about the bike, they were friendly and helpful. I'm very pleased all round.

First time using RM cycles
First time using RM cycles. Having seen the bike I was looking for a competitive price I rang the store to confirm it was in stock and confirmed the correct size for my build from very helpful staff. I ordered the bike on line and received it 3 working days later with free delivery. The bike was expertly packed, just had to mount the bars and front wheel. The electronic gears needed no correction, tyres were at correct pressure and all torque settings correct. All in all a really good purchasing experience. Well done.

RM Cycles were a pleasure to deal with. I bought my bike over the web at a great price. But due to the fraud protection from my credit card company I had to speak to several of the guys at RM, all off whom were really helpful. They even held my order for me until I got the flag lifted on my credit card. I was also on holiday when I ordered it and RM helpfully delayed dispatching the bike until the day I returned. Delivery was quick and the bike was easy to get ready for the road. There was also a really nice handwritten cover note from one of the RM guys too which was a really nice personal touch. I'd definitely recommend RM Cycle.

Great price , retailer also phoned to confirm delivery. Website order form not the easiest to populate using mac ( you need to use Chrome )

Not so good
Not so good as I haven't received the vouchers, as I haven't had post for a week. Obviously not your fault, but maybe use a different delivery service or r vouchers

Hi Caroline. I think there may have been a mis-understanding somewhere here. We don' send out physical/ Paper gift vouchers. The gidt voucher is actually the code that is on your e-receipt that was automatically emailed to when when the order was porcessed. I have re-sent the email with the code on it. THis can be redeemed onbline or in the shop, all you need is the code. Please do call if you have any more questions.

Bike delivered and well packaged when received at the house. Never bought from Rm before and would have no issue doing so again. Well done lads.

Generally good.
Bike arrived very quickly and was packaged well. Brakes were well set up. Only minor niggle was that gears needed adjustment. Rear mech B screw was too far in and cable tension in both mechs was too high even with ajdusters fully slackened.

We keep a record of which mechanics pack which bikes, so I will now be able to identify the mechanic and pass th feedback directly to him and examine any improvements he needs to make. I realise doesn't change things for you but it wll help us with our own QC. If you would like to call the shop we can make some arrangements to get the work done .
Very easy to order and pay
Very easy to order and pay. Invoice emailed as soon as payment made/confirmed. The bike is in immaculate condition, and serviced to an amazing standard. My son absolutely loves the bike.
