Item received had different part no to that ordered and invoiced but it is perfectly satisfactory. Postage was by 48 hour Royal Mail but took 5 days to arrive. Assume not suppliers fault.

Used this company before for same remote, both neighbours have same TV and their remotes both messed up, will recommend to anyone wanting replacements

Searched the model number, found a match, was a competitive price (possibly the lowest I could find), very fast order processing and delivery, all was as advertised on the website, and the remote works just like the original. Only 2 charachters left in my previous review of the same heading but review, (2), so I am writing a further review, (3), here: Please see my previous 2 reviews under the same heading. You will see this company responded to what I said in version, (2), about 4.5 months after posting it, after earlier trying unsuccessfully to get that & my original review, (1), removed by Trustpilot on the grounds of harmful or illegal content, but both were allowed to remain as neither version was or is in breach of their guidelines, as also this 1. I think obviously & understandably such a very belated response cannot be regarded as anything like a genuine attempt by this firm to further improve matters, especially as nothing at all has been changed by them concerning my situation with them since my previous reviews were posted; having checked buying & messages are still blocked even though I have done absalutely nothing wrong as a customer, & I do not regard the 1 positive change of inviting a phone call from me so belatedly to discuss my issues with them with nothing at all otherwise changed on their part concerning my situation with them to be a genuinely helpful attempt to try to improve matters, but apparently to try to counter a perceived commercial disadvantage on their part concerning my reasoned honest & truthful reviews remaining publicly visible! They also said in their reply they have taken on board what I said in my reviews but unfortunately there does not seem to be any visible sign of that especially with them continuing to apparently vindictively block me as above which I remarked on to them before as I had & have to date definitely done nothing wrong as their customer! My experience of this firm in a nutshell has been 1 of personally serious adverse & painful consequences when & if things go wrong as they did for me; if they do not go wrong, & it seems from reviews here that for the great majority of customers they do not, you apparently will not expect to encounter the sort of serious & painful problems I had with them! As you will see from my reviews though, when things have gone wrong there have been severe, adverse & painful consequences as my own personal experience was that they apparently were not at all able to relate to & satisfactorily resolve the serious difficulties I encountered in my dealings with them; I found myself completely on my own with this & my problems with them were only resolved through my own personal efforts & eventual eBay intervention, with unfortunately no satisfactory understanding, empathy or resolutions to my problems with them whatsoever forthcoming on their part! (Update today, 16/06/22 in consequence of this firm's reply to me of this date: Yes, please check my reviews out as well as you can as they have asked potential customers to do. That is the reason I have taken a great deal of time & trouble writing my reviews on Trustpilot as I have regarded it as very important that my reviews are seen to be open, honest, reliable & as balanced & fair minded as possible. This firm also sent me an abusive & untrue sms to one of my 2 phone numbers today from their phone number 07984 375840 which they previously contacted me on part way through the duration of my problems with them, reading: (Hello Mr. Collins Is there a reason for your constant negative reviews on Trustpilot? Are you a troll?)! I THINK I AM GOING TO HAVE TO COMPLAIN TO eBAY & TRUSTPILOT IF THEIR ABUSE & FALSELY TRYING TO DISCREDIT MY INTEGRITY DOES NOT IMMEDIATELY & FULLY CEASE, & they should not have been contacting me via my personal phone number obtained from eBay's records as as they had no legitimate reason to! You will see from their reply today they still do not see or understand to this day the original reason behind me having a problem with them if you read my reviews! I have only written a 3rd review here concerning my experience with them because of only 2 charachters left to reply, & they themselves reopened the situation concerning my experience with them in further responding to this situation I had otherwise regarded as being closed about 5 months ago! As this firm has raised the subject of my Trustpilot reviews here & also sent me an abusive sms, Trustpilot wrote to me along the way concerning my reviews saying people seem to find my reviews useful, with a large number of reads & useful now recorded. I hope this firm that obviously does not even understand what trolling is will now leave my reviews completely alone without further reply as this 1 that does not stand up to objective scrutiny OR I WILL MAKE FULLY JUSTIFIED COMPLAINTS! + (Update 21/06/22: Abusive & untrue sms from seller, above, reported to eBay who told me they are taking action. Also told eBay & others firm making me very ill as 1st time in almost 71 years anyone has ever attacked my integrity!)
