Ordered a replacement remote for my tv last week, it arrived OK but doesn't work, have tried emailing customer service twice now and nor reply, today's will be the third time of emailing them. There customer service is awful. I can't call as I'm deaf, so emailing is all I can do, I will be ordering one from another company. I would not recommend this company at all

Bought a DVR Remote from them about a year ago and it developed an intermittent fault just a few days before the warranty ran out. No quibble from OnlineSPARESDirect.com, and a replacement sent out quickly. Brilliant performance from this company. I would most certainly use them again.

Ordered a tv remote one day came the very next day, unfortunately it was not working sent them an email they answered right away, sent me a replacement, excellent service.

I have a Sony CD player but the original cable rotten away for no reason at all - never seen anything like it to be honest. Without a battery option it was an new power supply or recycling the unit. I had no trust in another Sony power unit and what I found from suppliers was that they were selling 9v power leads for what was a 10v device. I contact OSD and they sent me a 9v unit. Unfortunately, the diameter of the plug was slightly too wide for the recessed socket. I contacted them and they send a few adaptors and now it all seems to be up and running well. Also the power isn't the brick the old one was. Which is a bonus.

I bought a replacement remote control for my Humax FOXSAT-HDR 6 months ago which unfortunately became intermittently unresponsive.This company was amazing and promptly responded to my email and sent me a brand new controller immediately .
I was really impressed by the friendly way they dealt with my “ complaint” and the speed in which they dealt with it .

I paid more for a Panasonic PVR controller as I had had bad experiences from cheap models from other suppliers (they are very bad quality, even the origfinal and buttons stop working within a year or so). It did not work perfectly so I wrote to request a partial refund. I got an answer seeking more information, which I responded to, then nothing. Sent a reminder - NOTHING. I'm extremely disappointed.

Was able to find the adapter I needed to recharge my DAB Pure One radio after searching everywhere. It arrived today, later than I hoped but this was only down to our UK postal strike. Have already used the adapter and it is the right one and works perfectly, my radio is charging as I write this
