Very poor communication
Very poor communication. Phone calls impossible, emails seemed rushed and difficult to understand. Very defensive failed to understand my problem. Very unhappy purchase and not willing to rectify the problem. Very poor.

Very poor service. Sent my wrong sized glasses that I ordered and have not yet responded to my emails on the matter. Exceptionally disappointed.

I ordered a reglaze Varifocal package from the company on 2 June. I received an email with an order number and details of their Christmas opening times. No information as to what happens now that I ordered.
I did not receive a box or label to send the glasses off to the company.
On trying to call on their phone line, their phone line is 'out of action' and not taking calls.
On contacting the company by email on 9th June, I was told that I received the wrong email and they had made a mistake and done nothing with regards to my order.
I had asked for a refund but I haven't received any response.
I paid by PayPal so have made a claim via their service.

Ordered a pair of glasses back in early May, had issues with payment, once that was sorted and processed I have not received any communications on timelines regarding delivery despite several enquiries over email and over the phone. Poor customer service and communication. Still not received an update or my glasses.

Appalling Customer Service
These people really do not know what they are doing. Customer service is appalling and I have not even ordered yet. Thank goodness I did not follow though with an online order before speaking to a human because it is so bad, I have avoided actually getting the glasses from them and have the opportunity to purchase from a more competent company instead. Glasses are expensive, so it's not worth dealing with a company like this

Worst optician I have ever used and would highly advise to avoid. After waiting and chasing my order and with really poor customer communication, I decided to cancel my order. I was then told, my order had been put in the “wrong file “ and would be processed straight away, i then was told my frames were coming from Italy and I need to wait longer. Eventually, I was persuaded to keep them with a discount for the delay. Once they arrived I told the retailer that there was a scratch in the lens and I could not focus on reading as I could see the scratch. After making several complaints I was told I was trying to make a fast one and get a refund for what was perfect glasses. I kept all the comms showing how I had tried to resolve this amicably with the retailer and eventually resorted to the credit card company getting involved. Thank goodness I had all the evidence.I did get Santander to see my point of view and get the refund I ended up having to get the frames reglazed and pay an extra 200 pounds. My suggestion, be very careful of these unprofessional, uneducated and deceptive crooks. I even said Id come to Blackburn to sort things out but I think their is postal address has no physical shop/business and doesn’t exist. Be really careful. Very careful indeed.
Ps I expect a response back from the retailer accepting no responsibility as they have done with other complainants below. Which will prove my point that they are truly unprofessional. Don’t understand what customer obsession is and totally in denial.

I waited for over a month for my glasses to be delivered and when I received them today it was a completely different pair from what I had ordered. This is completely unacceptable and I want this resolve ASAP

I had to claim my money back via PayPal, so if using this company be sure to use PayPal or a credit card.
They delivered glasses with a damaged lens, then stopped responding. Getting hold of them was virtually impossible, so be wary or just not bother and use a high-street retailer.
