Very fast delivery and customer support very good

Same story as several other reviews here. Ordered a 5700XT graphics card listed as pre-order on their site with estimated delivery first week of February. Several days later the card was marked as 'sold out', yet the exact same card was suddenly available for pre-order at a substantially higher price, which already made me doubt...

2 weeks after the estimated delivery date, nothing had been dispatched yet. Tried contacting their support to get a delivery estimate, quite willing to wait if they could just tell me what the current outlook was, never got an anser. Question was marked as read on their chat via messenger, but no answer given. In the end I opened a dispute with Paypal and OH refunded 2 days later without any comment.

Won't be using them again. I know times are tough on getting computer supplies, but the least you could do is answer your customer's questions in a timely manner.

Well, I contacted the seller 5 times about the motherboard I bought from them and NO RESPONSE AT ALL. I complaint to PayPal and magic they refund me immediately, this is what happened they did a mistake and sold the motherboard much expensive on eBay and when I bought it on their website they didn’t have it! So they waited for me to complaint and refund me!! Very bad experience I would never buy from this seller again.

Ordered a couple of SSD drives, and they delivered to my front door, as they were passing. Great friendly helpful service!

Good service kept me informed but I asked for next day and took a week plus to come but not that much of a problem

I purchased an item, and later that evening did not receive confirmation. I chased them for several days after proof of purchase, called and emailed. Finally I got through to someone on a live chat to only find out my product was now out of stock and I had to just accept a refund.

Ordered 6 days ago. Received confirmation email only from klarna about purchase rather than online hardware. Also Signed up for account with Online hardware but no communication . Became worried about lack of contact a couple of days later so made contact through website , still nothing. No idea what is going on. Payment held as pending with my bank and no contact . Not sure what else to do . Shocking -
Update - have managed to make contact via Facebook messenger . Been informed that they are cancelling my order due to stock issues - although a trip to website shows that 3 are in stock and the product is available to back order so people can go on site today and purchase one. Never experienced anything like it. Truly shocking ! I don’t have a barge pole but if I did I wouldn’t be using it with this company !

Online hardware were great! Had a mess up with delivery address that was my bad. Got a call when things went wrong and they fixed everything and was delivered the day after. Friendly and sound. Would recommend to anyone as everything arrived safe and quick despite my original error. 5 stars

My items were on backorder so delivered few days later than expected. Was offered opportunity to cancel and kept informed of my order status. Very happy with the customer service.

Great service and a fantastic product. A company that goes all the way to make sure you get the right piece of hardwire to spec and on time. The company delivered when Dell could not.
