Hello,
Please contact customer service through the onlinegothic.co.uk website to get more information, but I have checked and your order was definitely addressed to Portugal, if it was in Germany delivery would not have been attempted as a Portuguese address is not going to be similar to a German address. Most likely there is a bug in the Royal Mail system and it has put Germany instead of Portugal.
I expect the package will be at your local post office, so please contact them to arrange redelivery before it is returned to us, if the royal mail status for the tracking number changes to say it has been returned to us please contact customer service and we will post replacements before waiting for your order to be returned to us.

The great things,unique and really atractive and quality for people with alternative view...
The first thing I got few years ago is a bracelet with cross and swarowsky crystals ...it was amazing thing and so original...after that I got a necklace with tattoo gun pendant ,it was so unique and i wear it proudly! And in the time after I found this page so I can order whatever I want! The only bad thing I that I want all that items.... :)
