Website was very easy to navigate and use. The products are great although some Alchemy brand products dont look like the picture but thats Alchemy's own pictures at fault.

Everything arrived very quickly in good packaging and responses from customer services were fairly quick and helpful.

My only negative comment is that one of the stud earrings I bought arrived bent. Its was easily straightened but it still should have been noticed during the picking process. Having said this im still definitely planning on purchasing more from this shop

I ordered 2 pendants and a ring from Online gothic, all great quality for the price. The ring was abit too big for me, but they instantly accepted taking it back, and offering to send out another size at a cheaper delivery cost than to re-purchase it on the site!

In all departments Online Gothic has been brilliant and I will certainly be recommending them and using them again in the future!

The glass product arrived well wrapped in bubble wrap inside a sturdy box. It was as they had described the item on the site. The order was dispatched very quickly. I was informed of the dispatch via email and told how I could track it.

This ring is really unique! It arrives as advertised, looks just like the picture. Seems to be well-made and can stand up to daily wear. I have not worn it, as it is a gift. It is quite large and whichever finger you wear it on, you won't be able to wear a ring on either finger beside it. It can be worn as a pointer-finger, middle-finger or ring finger, but I wouldn't think it would do well on a thumb or baby-finger due to the size. The latch to cover and uncover the eye works well, but IF anything were to break, it would be this, so I'd be careful not to bang it around. I shopped around before purchasing, so the price is right along other sites such as Amazon. Arrived in satisfying amount of time, and wrapped well. Such a unique gift, so hoping my niece finds it so. She isn't a punker or really into alchemy, but she is into unusual and unique. There are such unusual products on this website - glad I found it.
