I still don’t have my medication which…

I still don’t have my medication which I meant to take tomorrow and now the chemist is closed until Monday, which is far too late. I ordered and it says ready for collection, went same day, said they didn’t have it and that they will send me a text, well I am still waiting since Wednesday.

I keep getting requests for reviews…

I keep getting requests for reviews when I’ve never been a customer of yours. Is this some sort of scam? Is your admin a bit bad and you get email addresses mixed up? Or are you tooting for business? Could you stop hassling me please.

It is pointless sending me anything on message as I cannot log in - I do not have an account. I assume that the customer whose information you are sending me might be miffed if they realise that you are sending it to someone else instead. I am not sure that this reflects well on your attitude to confidentiality - and would warn your customers about your apparent disregard to confidentiality.

Really not very happy with this…

Really not very happy with this supplier. I have had mounjaro pens from several pharmacies over the past 9 months but these have you jumping through far too many hoops. I applied from my PC but they want me to upload a live video via a mobile. Prerecorded and then uploaded to the website is not acceptable to them. I am in my 60's and only use a mobile for calls and texts and when I try log in on the mobile it does not allow me to log in with the same log in details as used on the PC! Now I'm being told to set up a second account after I have paid via the first! I suppose best I can hope for is a refund without having my card supplier get it back for me.
LLoyds Pharmacy, never again.

Better online pharmacies available, don’t use these

Used them quite a few times without issue but never again after my last episode. They say they processed a refund to me which I never got and just keep stating they did. Going round in circles for a month now. I’ll just have to write this off and learn my lesson. Far better on-line pharmacies out there, don’t use them.

Best money I have ever spent- Highly recommend the blood tests

I had been feeling unwell for such a long time and knew that something was not right despite visiting my doctors a number of times! I decided to take matters into my own hands and paid for blood tests to be done through Lloyds. I can honestly say it was the best money I have ever spent! The tests took 2 days to arrive, I followed the clear instructions provided, dropped the box with the bloods into a post office the same day, the next day I received a text to say that they had received the bloods back at the lab and had the results by the evening. The results were very clear and easy to read and provided me with all the answers to my suffering! I was advised to make an immediate appointment with my own doctor and the next steps I needed to take. I can't recommend this service enough and am very Grateful.

Don’t bother…..

I am wanting to go on injections for weight loss but change providers due to the cost it went up to so ended up having to have a break and start again.
Went through the numous questions they as, which is fine. They then took the money out of my account and asked me to do a video of myself getting on and of the scales and give I/d for myself. Which I ended up doing 6 times and each time it wouldn’t go through.
In the end I have had to ask for a refund as it wasn’t going to happen for me.
All afternoon I have been trying to do this. I haven’t got enough wrong with me to get it from the drs as I need a hip replacement. I understand they can just give this to anybody, they have to make checks but come on make it easier time wise to get.

Fantastic service

Fantastic service. Very prompt reply and easy to navigate website. All felt very professional and I couldn't believe how quickly my request was dealt with. Will certainly use again.

However all this was let down by very bad courier logistics.
