Weight loss prescription

I found the process of first time ordering weight loss medication troublesome and conflicting. Received an email saying medication had been prescribed and being prepared for order. Log in to see the clinicians message/comments. Message says prescription is pending, we need a video.
Video only 25 seconds, must includes you stepping on scales on a hard floor in front of a full length mirror or have somebody video you. I can’t facilitate either of these due to having nobody to video me and my full length mirror being fixed in a carpeted room. My video would just not upload when trying to video between the 2 places. I’ve sent videos to other providers ok, none have made it this difficult. Asked for order to be cancelled.

On the plus side, they replied to my messages very quickly, albeit the workaround they offered came too late. I’m too impatient, if I can’t order easily I’m going somewhere else I can.

Deceptive products

I recently bought some medication on the website and was told i would have to pay delivery separate. When i went to pay delivery it also wanted payment for medication again. As it turns what they advertise as medication is actually just the prescription, no mention of further payment during my purchase. Refund refused for a product that is now several times the initial price advertised.

You were happy enough to tell me to get lost when I contacted you privately, funny how things change when its a public forum. Keep my money, you clearly want it more than me.

Consultation ok but product never sent…

Consultation ok but product never sent out despite numerous emails and promises from the seller. Requested refund. Waste of time!! Date of order 29 June 2026. Refund requested 4 July 2026 to Customer Service rep Shamar for £39.10. Please PM if you require order number to follow up as per your request for lack of service.

If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would. This online doctors do not provide any signature on their prescriptions and they randomly sent personal scripts to local pharmacies without a) seeking permission or b) letting me know. Absolutely sham service please avoid if you dont want personal information shared with everyone.

Easy and quick to complete

It was a simple process, and all I had to do was answer a few questions and give brief details about my symptoms. The doctor then emailed me to ask for more information, then it was approved and the medication posted to me the same day. Much easier than trying to get a GP appointment!

Everything so easy

Forms are easy and clear to fill in.
You get good advice from the pharmacist, and when you get approved for a prescription it arrives securely within a few days.
Everything went smoothly and communication was excellent.
