I can't begin to tell you how excited to have my flooring done. I was concerned however since the type of flooring I have was discontinued. I was able to locate OnFlooring online, found what I needed, spoke to the owner, and got my supplies. Thanks OnFlooring for assisting with making my home beautiful!

Materials were forgot about at the facility and had to be reminded twice to ship the item. Once they did the carrier also lost the item for 4 days. Item took a month to arrive.

I ordered some stair nose trim pieces for my Shaw Franklin Hickory flooring. The stair nose pieces didn't match my flooring. It was a tone or lighter.

OnFlooring custom made two 8' transition strips for my flooring. Unfortunately, the employee who entered the order into the machine that makes the strips entered the wrong number. When I notified OnFlooring of the error, they created a new run with the correct number and the strips match perfectly. Both the original and the replacement order arrived within 3 days of my order/re-order. This compares to the 4 to 8 week wait that local flooring companies had specified for my order. And the total cost from OnFlooring, including $35 in shipping, was comparable to what the two local companies had quoted.
