My order arrived to Georgia 6 days ago. And it still unavailable. I cannot get hold of them over the phone because “all RTP ports are busy”. They don’t respond to emails. Worse customer service ever. I will never use them again, and since they managed screw up my first order with them ever, I wouldn’t recommend to anyone using them.

I have ordered from them and paid for an item which I never received. Instead of taking the blame for their wrong doing, they said that I should contact the manufacturer instead even though they are the middle man which is responsible. I would never recommend anyone to purchase stuff from here.

I've used Onex 60+ times when they have just started , but now after scaling up their operations they have become awful , Onex has no respect to the customers , making me wait in a queue for 2h30 mins and after all of this , they have said there is a big queue , we cannot find your item and come back later.

If that's the case why did you put that the product is ready to be received? A B C logic says that if there is surgency you hand out the products in batches, and a late product is 100% better then someone who goes in person and waits 2:30 hours and receive nothing.

Anyways , I Went to their Customer Service office and asked to open a case , they did nothing , they have promised me for a special delivery , still nothing.
Onex.am Customer support on the call cannot answer the phone and they don't have any problem solving capabilities , they just use a script that we will investigate and let you know.

This is my last encounter with Onex , I am gonna use another company that values its customers time.

P.S I am sure they are gonna reply now that please reach out to us to the email , and ofc it will take them ages to reply and they will answer with a macro with no real time solutions.

Absolutely preposterous, the way they treat clients and the level of incompetence of the customer service in this company.

They lost my package and when I asked them to look for it they told me not to worry and that I am gonna be reimbursed.
I’m like are you joking? I don’t want your money I want my package.
They have other two of my packages in some hold wear house in Yerevan and they are refusing to give my stuff to me.
They keep making excuses like there’s been a mistake in the app and overload of the deliveries and stuff, but why is that my problem dudes?
What makes you think you have the right to keep my things, the things that I paid for, and decide when it will be delivered to me at the convenience of yours.
I have been a prime user here for two years now and they have messed more than once, let me tell ya. I kept ignoring cus my friend works here. But enough is enough. I am done with this company.
Incompetent and unappologetic.
Even the managers don’t have enough decency to face the customer.
They send the teens working in CS to face the music.
I did some research and there are a couple of young freight delivery companies in Armenia such as Shipex Armenia. I am gonna take my business there, give them a shot at growing. I suggest you do the same and steer clear of Onex Armenia.
Save your money and time, and nerves of course :)

They have delivered my packages very late about 1 month with airplane. This happened 3 times Also they do not give me discount.

They stole my package, they did not returned my package, eBay will close case on June 8, and over 8 days Onex told Me via email and via chat, that they will, but they did not, everyday they asking me same things, like which item, which tracking, but they already received everything over 15 times, proof below, and also here that tracking for the return 9302020585500115860053

you buy goods remotely, pay for them remotely, company deliver them by plane, so that you end up standing in line of 40 people at the onex branch for 40 minutes. At the same time, it is not possible to deliver it at an acceptable time. this is terrible, disgusting service.

The worst post experience, I would give them 0 if I could.
I've ordered a parcel from Iherb (USA) to Tbilisi.
It was sent Nov 18 and by Iherb tracker was in Armenia Nov 21. I was 2 weeks after and I didn't receive it (btw from Armenia to Tbilisi 6 hours by car).
I tried to contact customer service twice hoping to receive the parcel asap as I'm leaving Tbilisi and won't be able to receive it. First they said it was already there, then they told me smb will contact me in 2 days.
Absolutely awful customer service (for my request to check where is the parcel, I was said to check it online on my Iherb page).
The turtle would deliver it faster!!! Don't use it, absolutely useless.

Criminals, don't deal with them. They don't take any responsibility over anything.
