My product, worth approximately $750, arrived completely damaged due to their handling. After a lengthy claims process, they offered only $100 in compensation, which does not come close to covering the loss.
I am extremely disappointed with both the way my shipment was handled and the way this issue was resolved. Customer support was unhelpful, and I did not feel that they took responsibility for the damage.
If you are shipping anything valuable, I strongly recommend considering another carrier.

My order has been delivered to the warehouse in Spain(confirmed by the carrier) but Globbing hasn’t been able to find it for 2 weeks already and keeps asking for a new piece of information every four days. They won’t acknowledge it as lost. I demand a refund and will report that to the managing director Khurshid Saduloev.

Once the item arrives at their warehouse, the customer can no longer do anything, even though the shipment could simply be canceled. I had a case where, after the item reached the warehouse, the shipping cost turned out to be almost 5-6 times higher than the value of the item itself. I asked them not to ship it further and instead either dispose of it or send it back, but they refused. So in the end, the item is mine, but I can no longer decide what to do with it. I believe this is wrong, because Globbing should only handle transportation from point A to point B, not take away the customer’s right to choose.

I am extremely disappointed with Globbing’s service in Uzbekistan. I ordered two identical laptops from the USA, both weighing 3.5 kg. I paid for the "Secure Packaging" service for one of them. When they arrived, both were in identical boxes, but the company charged me for 3.5 kg for one and 6 kg for the other!

When I picked up the parcels on December 31, the staff forced me to pay the full amount, promising that the overpayment would be refunded to my balance after a recalculation. This turned out to be a lie.

After weeks of "investigation," they claimed the parcel was "oversized." However, according to Globbing's own official rules:

A parcel is oversized only if the sum of its three sides exceeds 150 cm. My parcel was 103 cm (53x33x17).

A parcel is oversized only if the volumetric weight is at least 2x the actual weight. My ratio was 1.7x.

Even their own website calculator shows the price for 3.5 kg when these exact dimensions are entered. Despite this, they refuse to refund the money.

This is a clear case of misleading customers and arbitrary overcharging. If you value your money and expect professional service, stay away from this company. I will be reporting this to the Consumer Protection Agency.

I've been using similar services for almost 20 years.
I've used many similar companies.
This year, I sent two parcels from China to Uzbekistan.
The first time was through globbing.uz.
There was a technical glitch with the first parcel, so I had to make an extra trip to the office.
The second parcel was a bigger problem.

The parcel was detained by customs, as they confused the intended purpose of the goods. Okay, I went and explained. A Globbing employee brought the parcel out open.Although according to the rules they should open it in my presence, or the customs officers should do it in a protocol. I made a note, checked the contents—everything was fine.

When I received it at the office, there was a shortage. I wrote to support—they kept blaming me for a month. In the end, I got the usual run-of-the-mill response. - " The cameras didn't show it, and the employee denied it."

Everything happened at the customs window. The most filmed place. But corporate interests are more important to them than image and the truth.
There won't be a third time, and I advise everyone to avoid this campaign.
