Globbing has the worst customer support I’ve ever dealt with. My parcel is already 5 days late, and every time I call, all I hear is “sorry, I can’t help you.” They can’t even contact their own driver to check when the delivery will happen. Absolutely useless support – no updates, no real answers, just constant apologies. I’ve been calling every single day, and the only thing they tell me is to “wait until the barcode appears.” This is beyond frustrating. If a company can’t track its own deliveries or provide clear communication, what’s the point of having customer service at all?

Заказала товар через Globbing . Уже почти 3 месяца товар находится на таможне в аэропорту. Всё это время Globbing не выполняет свои обязательства: вместо того чтобы решить вопрос, мне говорили “ждите”, обещали, что “попробуют договориться с таможней”.

Я регулярно звонила им, напоминала — в ответ только “ожидайте”. В итоге недавно мне сообщили, что они не смогли решить вопрос, и теперь я должна сама звонить и забирать товар с таможни.

Это абсолютно неприемлемо: клиент не должен заниматься международными мерками и контактировать с таможенными органами — это зона ответственности компании. Получается, что я заплатила за услугу, которую не выполнили, и осталась с проблемой одна.

Очень разочарована. Не рекомендую пользоваться, пока компания не начнёт реально отвечать за доставку.

Horrible!! Simply horrible

Unfortunately call service didn’t working for users , they are working only for company .
I paid for 18kg (48 partials)
But in fact that was 15.8 kg .

Approximately 50$ i paid for nothing .
Scale provided by Globbing stuff .
After 3 calls from call center there is no any changes in my account wallet .

ps. You can find a lot of vandalism damages , but we still calm ;)

Awful delivery, they exceed estimated day for 15-30 days

Cada vez que venimos (al de AireSur - Sevilla) mis hijos salen súper contento las monitoras encantadoras, ojalá abriesen más en Los Arcos, Lagoh ecc.. ya que tiene mucho éxito.

They damaged the product I ordered from the US and don't want to pay for it.

I don't recommend using additional services because they don't do anything and only charge money for services not performed.

For many years I have been a loyal customer. Recently as I mentioned the wrong second address for my Alibaba.com order I had to pay twice more as the item itself and surprisingly Globbing team refused to change the shipping method although it was delivered to the store in China on the same day. Very disappointed.

Do not trust the company!! They even steel the goods, they do not have a proper staff, particularly in the USA. Never use this company. They have stolen many items from my parcels, insisting they received the packages from UPS half empty. Really Cheap guys. "Cheap" service.

They are always delayed in delivering packages, removed the bonus option as soon as they got known by people. Raised the prices almost two times more. All those shipments in 7 to 14 business days is a LIE!

Least customer-centric company ever. They'll use every opportunity to make mistakes and charge you more for them, and never take accountability for their own mistakes. They'll send messages congratulating themselves that you'll be receiving your package earlier than expected, and then that same package will arrive a week late but they won't tell you anything.

El trato de la chica del centro que está en la recepción del globbing en airesur (sevilla) fue muy desagradable. La edad recomendad es a partir de 4 años, pero no dejaron entrar a mi hijo, a pesar de que solo le quedan dos días para cumplirlos. Entraron niños con 3 años cuyos padres dijeron que tenían 4 y de menor altura que mi hijo. Por supuesto, la chica que nos atendiónos habló de manera irrespetuosa y muy desagradable. No lo recomiendo para nada.

I am extremely disappointed in the services provided by Globing courier company. Their incompetence and lack of accountability have left me deeply dissatisfied.

To begin with, they made a grave mistake by sending my order via plane instead of the agreed-upon method of shipping by ship. This decision resulted in an exorbitant delivery cost of 54,000 drams, which is three times the original price of 16,000 drams. It is outrageous that they are attempting to pass off their own errors onto the customer.

What is even more frustrating is their refusal to take responsibility for their actions. Despite clearly instructing them not to send the package by plane, they disregarded my request and now have the audacity to blame me for their mistake.

I strongly advise against using Globing courier company. Their lack of professionalism and dishonesty are beyond acceptable limits. I will never again avail myself of their services and urge you to do the same.

I am very dissatisfied with the quality of customer service.

I was shipped the wrong product, after research they said Amazon didn't ship my product to Globbing, that their employee just entered the product into the system by mistake. Apparently Globbing takes zero responsibility for their mistakes - they don't care to keep the customer happy, not even apology for the mistake. And months later, they have not returned the shipping money that I was charged for shipping someone else's product.

I am not going to use this service again.

Service used to be good but to my frustration recently we have lost a package and the customer support didn’t help at all and they didn’t speak English well! Will not use it anymore because it is simply not reliable and intelligent.

Globbing office in Uzbekistan is not a direct legal entity of the warehouse in the USA. Beware that on paper they act as separate entities under the same name, but not as the USA direct branch. Somehow the office is related to the one located in Armenia. But the details are obscure. So If there is any damage, loss or theft case your chances to sue them or make them financially or legally liable are super low. The managers are irresponsible and have not got an idea what service is.
In case you order smth from Amazon, be aware that their policy states that Amazon is not responsible for anything once your delivery is handed over to a freight forwarder. If an item goes missing you will be told to file a police report, and Globbing in the USA will refuse to cooperate. The office in Uzbekistan won’t do anything either. So all risks are assumed by the payer. You are bound to lose your money.

My conclusion: do not order anything from Amazon if you are abroad through any third party, unless you are sure that the party is reliable. Cause this is not going to end well, if none accepts any evidence of an item missing from you. And if you are not in the USA and can’t file a police report. Please read online reviews before you place any order with Globbing. There are plenty of people complaining about Globbing

I got the following response from the company:
1) We are not bound to indicate in our offer that we do only deliveries and if item gets lost, the cost is to be borne by the end user.

2) Multiple times: I don’t want to speak with you.

3) When asked, can they provide evidence that the item was delivered to them intact, the management said that i would not be able to prove it otherwise either!!!!

4) They do not have any hand over procedure when items arrive to their warehouse, so you won’t be able to see any paperwork done proving that the item was or wasn’t delivered to them, although any courier company usually has some paper procedure when physically accepts an item. And that means that you can’t prove anything in police.

They do not do insurance. So if item is lost, you can’t claim insurance either.

They would not file a police report, because it was not its BUSINESS (direct quote). The same comes to the US office.

Worst experience ever.

Fraudulent & scammers, exactly like other people reviewed, on Google reviews and other platforms. Better refuse to ship online orders to them. You'll loose both your item & your money. Wish I looked them up before I shipped.
