Megan literally saved my day and made my day, after being told the day before on a different call with a different person that my new van policy price had more than quadrupled ( I expected it to go up but not that much)

Do not take a motor trade policy with this company!
My policy auto renewed and i rang up to cancel and they are are trying now to charge me their commission of £410

I spoke to Lauren today regarding a query on my father's home insurance policy. She was extremely patient and answered my query with empathy and professionalism.
I have no hesitation in recommending One Sure.

I called Ryan Stafford from One Insurance he always provides an outstanding service, very polite and helpful, always goes out of his way. Looks at ways to help solve complex problems. The man is a legend and a big shining star. Thank you Ryan

Went online and requested a quote, someone rang me from onesure, to save time i told them it was to insure a 13.5T recovery vehicle. they said they could do that took details, Then put me on hold and someone else pcked up the call he then again proceeded to ask the questions, again i asked so we dont waste time can you cover the said HGV again not a problem, details passed then put on hold again then it rang out and a different person answered and said we dont insure abouve 7.5T, so i queried why the last 2 people said they did, tirns out onesure had put me over to a different company without even telling me so lied on 2 occassions just to try andget at least kick back commission by telling me they did cover the vehicle yet just passed me around to other companies.. NOT a Honest or ethical company,

I was assisted by David and had an excellent service, i really saved a lot from the offer i got from him

Dealt with a few of your call handlers on the phone and all are pleasent and professional but I spoke with rachel today and she was tremendous! Lovely helpful and got me sorted rapid! Thanks for the help Rachel you are a credit to the company!

Genuine person who cares about the customer and has top awareness skills to be able to know how to act/react in certain situations. (I'm very worried about being taken advantage of)

I received a call from Robert Henery when I made enquires online for insurance. He was very patient and thorough in his explanation of what I would get with my insurance.
He gave me enough time to think about what I would be getting with one sure and I appreciated that very much.

Grate service, very transparent and forthcoming with information. Didn’t feel obligated to accept any deal. Great costumer service. Highly recommend

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!
Wanted to cancel my policy as I’d sold my van. Took me ages to get through then they cut my off whilst transferring me. Eventually got to talk to someone who told me because I’d paid for a full year in advance and had two months left I’d get twenty odd quid back. Sadly I then had to pay a “cancellation charge of over £80 which meant I owed them over £50!!!!!!
Talk about ripping people off!!!!

Rob is an absolute legend, great personality fabulous, customer service skills and a pleasure to speak to. He made me feel at ease no pressure and resolved a couple of issues asap.

Would highly recommend management recognise Robs contributions towards the company and reward him adequately

***Will Poyser*** where do I begin! Coming from someone who works dealing with customers via phone you are impeccable! For years I have struggled with insurance and dealing with people on the phone regarding insurance because of having a DR10, I have been treat in a way that makes me feel sick at the thought of having to sort insurance! However today, that stopped all because off will! He treat me like a human! Understood that people make mistakes, completely calmed me down, reassured me that there are options for me and he was there to help get me the best one. The customer service from Will was a breath of fresh air and if I’m honest very rare to find! Not only did he provide top customer service he also spoke to me about personal issues surrounding my insurance and made me feel so heard whereas normally with other companies/people I would feel embarrassed. I wish I knew this type of customer service existed to customers like myself but today I do and I will not be changing ever! I will also be recommending to as many as I can family and friends. I hope Wills manager see’s this as he really deserves the credit and just know that he really did blow me away for me to go to this extent of what I am writing in the review. If I need to speak again I will definitely be asking for will! He has given me so much trust that will has done everything that’s best for me today.
