My daughter went into the Sarisbury green store and an employee called Wendy said to a 13 year old, she looked suspicious and a shop lifter. My daughter was nervous as she was buying some fabric conditioner while I waiting outside with our dog. She was gaining her confidence to buy the product and took a picture to come and show me so she didn’t buy the wrong one….however this employee decided to say these nasty things to a child!

Rubbish there ordering delivery service they cancelled order 😡

Your Olney store is becoming embarrassing. Not content with overcharging customers because the prices in store never match with the till so you constantly get overcharged the staff now lock the door in your face during opening hours so they can mop the store so they can leave earlier.

I went to the store at 21:30 tonight only for the lad behind the till to lock the door in my face and tell me to wait 10 minutes whilst he mopped the floors.

Surely this should’ve done when the shop is shut at 10pm. It’s my closest shop but I will walk further to Sainsbury’s or the co-op in future.

Being a disabled person I was disgusted seeing the young male on the checkout counter nearly crying and laughing at me, I asked him what was so funny, and his answer was how do you know I was laughing at you, this team member wants some customer service training. or removed from your team, before another person might take him to a higher level, on how to respect people with a disability, This took place on Friday afternoon 7/8/23 at your Sale Moor branch Northerden Road.82-year-old pensioner

I had worst expirience ever in parcel shop.Come to this shop drop of my parcels for Yodel collection.
I stay in queue for while and when come up to my space lovely rude lady around 75 year old shaut as I have to wait untill all customers pay for shopping.I said I'm business customer so where is problem. This rude lady said as Yodel service is free and other customer pay witch is rediculus. For me she have mental problem related with age like menopausa or something.
I just suggest calm down , take some medication and stay in home because because you should be professional to all customer.
Never come back to this shop until this weirdo leave .
End the day she make my day .Love it

I have just left the one on Woodhouse road. I never knew people could tell so many lies. Both managers were lazy. They spend most of their time out back vaping with staff. I was working on my own most of the time. Staff taking drugs. Language is disgusting. Breakfast at back of tills while serving customers. Blocked fire exits. Rats. Lazy staff. Ended up complaining to HR and again lied to and excuses. Check out of date food in chillers before buying.

Customer service in the Llandudno West Shore shop is nearly non existent. Employees give little service and dont appear to like interaction with customers.

I went to One Stop Anlaby today to shop as usual .while I was there I ask to speak to the manager.about a Pay Pont problems.as I was charged twice for the same electric .all I wanted to know was what is the process for a refund .and all of a sudden the shop assistant that served me started shouting at me from behind the counter .I asked her to stop .as I just wanted to speak to the manager.but she was relentless hurling abuse at me .why I do not know as I was not blaming anyone for anything just asking for information so then I ask the manager if this is the was he trained his staff and he replied she has been here longer than me then told me to just leave .because the assistant simply would not stop shouting at me .I can not understand why any retail outlet would allow any staff to treat a paying customer in this way .maybe a trading issue .or some people are not cut out for dealing with the public .either way I hope no one else has to go through.that kind of torrid abuse.in front of the manager.of the shop and other customers

Absolutely disgusted. This is the second time that an order I have placed with them through the just eat app that the staff in the shop or the driver have forgotten to give me an item.

The first time I rang up. They came out with the item later that day and apologised to me. I’ve just been on the phone right now saying that they forgotten to give me my bottle of milk I’ve paid for and she said all I can do is get a refund through just eat

why not just bring me a bottle of milk well apparently that’s breaching data protection and it’s a suckable offence. Well funny I wasn’t suckable before because it was the manager who brought it to me.

I definitely won’t be doing deliveries through this company ever again and what’s even more shameful is there connected to Tesco’s so they make in Tesco’s look bad

1 out of 6 items is missing from the order. That's pretty bad if you ask me.

Stow Lawn Bilston One-stop shop shutters are down at 21.30. Sign on the door clearly says 06.00-22.00 every day. Bit of an inconvenience to us late comers that could really make good use of that half hour for some local and needed essentials. Seen 3 other people going to the same shop to discover the staff fancied an early finish.

This is with regards to OneStop Chineham RG24 8XJ and OneStop's customer services.
12 May I noticed that drain on pavement outside was once again leaking raw sewage from the flats above. (I have reported this in the past to Thames Water).
I asked one of the more senior members of staff if this had been reported and she replied it had to OneStop last night. When asked if anyone had called Thames Water she said "they are not allowed to."
I phoned Thames Water and got a reference number for the incident which had not been reported by anyone else.
I then phoned OneStop customer services to point out that people were tramping through raw sewage and taking it into the shop, including young children (Mum's were calling in after the school run). No one had thought to put up a warning. Lady I spoke to said it would be their Maintenance Dept I should speak to. I informed her that I didn't want to get into their internal procedures but as a concerned citizen was appalled at their attitude to a public health issue

This place you should avoid. Bad management and don’t follow policy’s regarding HMRC and H&S. Poor working condition’s and subject to robbery’s and abuse.

One stop - 7-9 Kings Road
North Ormesby Branch.

This review is for Christine / manager . Had a parcel delivered to this branch by mistake by Evri the intended recipient Smartwatch for Less would not go and collect from one stop 7 mins from them, Christine took it upon herself to hand deliver it to them unfortunately the address was a Shipping dock close by and was not allowed in, Christine decided to then re deliver my parcel with Royal Mail even covering the delivery cost, my parcel arrived next day service. Christine was amazing and keeping me updated at all times, if I live near to this branch I would go and see her but I’m 150.9 mls away . I would personally say to Tesco / One Stop managers you have an excellent member of staff look after her. Thanks again Christine.

Usually the staff at One Stop Chaddesden are lovely but just had an unpleasant experience with a very passive aggressive and condescending shop assistant (26.4.23 at 9am). Clearly gets her kicks out of making customers feel bad and resents dealing with Evri parcels.

It says alot when there are 84% 1 star reviews for Onestop. Had a reckless HGV driver squeeze past my car violently and drove off leaving dents and obviously getting away scot-free because police would not investigate. Beware of this vehicle YN20 SDZ if is the same driver. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I am just thankful that I am not injured and accept there are unlimited scumbags in the world who get away and just have to let this go.

I’ve vowed to myself I’m never going back to my local one stop again. The staff are so unbearably rude and unpleasant. I’ve been shouted at, patronised, told off in multiple occasions … infact once I ended up in tears infront of my small child it was so bad. I’ve just had to go back after months of promising I’d never go back there but figured it would be ok, my heart sunk as soon as I saw the guy working on shift .. I used the Evri machine to drop off a return, there is no bin there or any kindof place to put the backs of the sticky label. He demanded I marched back to throw away my rubbish with SUCH a rude tone (one sticky label paper) … I would NEVER expect anyone to clean up after me im a very tidy and respectful person. But there was no bin, and I had to walk there and back with no pockets to take it away whilst also holding my toddlers hands. If you’re going to shout at people to clear up ‘rubbish’ then I’d suggest you put bins out so people can. I also don’t expect to me spoken to so badly infront of small children.

I bought a salad bag from Onestop I had chewed it and it cut my mouth. There was plastic in amongst the shredded salad. Of course I took it out and took the bag back to the store.
One month later I am still waiting for them to follow this up so as you can imagine, I am deeply concerned. I will resume this review when I know the full outcome.

Stevenage branch

I used to use this shop to post my hermes parcels that was until I took a parcel to the store but was told they couldn't take my parcel as there wasn't enough room for them to take my parcel however there was room for the lady in front of me to give in her 2 parcels . I asked where the nearest parcel place was which may I add I couldn't get to as I am partially disabled. When I mentioned my disability they suddenly wanted to take in my parcel. By this time I was already offended as I shouldn't have to mention my disability specially when they had plenty of room to take it . I have contacted the customer service of this shop who just said that they will speak to the store . Absolutely terrible shop and terrible customer services

Absolute rip off the milk they sell works out a lot dearer than tesco stores.In the future the One Stop will be a Non Stop.From now on I will walk an extra half mile to Sainsbury.
