The back of this store is absolutely filthy with rubbish strewn everywhere. I've told them numerous times but they just ignore me.

Bought a Chicken Ceaser wrap meal deal and it was horrible! They need to re-name it, lettuce & mayo wrap as there were 6 tiny pieces of chicken, and the edge of the wrap was all hard and dry, absolutely discusting what a rip off, never again!!

I went in this morning to use the Evri Parcel Drop off for a return from Amazon and found the staff really helpful and friendly. As it was my first time using the service June showed me where the machine was located in the shop, how to use it and how to print. My experience couldn’t have been better. I would definitely recommend.

Filthy, I felt the over powering need to shower simply because I walked inside.

Good stock and variety of products but really miserable and unfriendly staff. No smiles or anything. Another time I tried to use the postoffice and it was painful. The lady didn't understand what I was saying and I gave up and left.

Bought a scratchcard in store won a tenner went in .. not a winner lol obviously im mugged off went round corner cashed it .??? Disgusting absolute fools

Worst customer service..
I go to this store 4/5 times a week and always.Never gets any good behaviour or customer service from this people.Indian boys works there but they don’t even look at the customer or say thanks.Doesn't cost money to say thank you to customers or give a smile.But store boys they speaks there own Punjabi language and ignore customers.even I heard from other people too.This company should have some rules or policies when they appoint these type of people in their stores..

Went to the onestop in Bristol city centre and the staff were so nice. Reasonable prices and the shop was clean

We visited the Collingwood Crescent (Guildford) store to send a package, there was a lady already waiting when we arrived, and it took a few minutes for the staff member to appear. At that moment the postman walked in and the attendant said I have to deal with him first. No apology for keeping us waiting - at this time another customer joined the queue behind us. He continued to pass parcel after pacel to the postman. It was obvious that we were all frustrated, but he had no interest. In the end I stepped forwad and asked him how long this was going to take and he was immediately argumentative, arrogant and defensive and would not answer my question. I then pushed him to answer, asking would it take half an hour and I admit that I now was not pleasant. He was just arrogant and refused to answer just saying that he could not delay the post man. I continued to repeat my simple question - how long approximately? Nothing but deflection and arrogance. The lady in front walked out, and ultimately so did we. This goon was rude, unhelpful and unsuitable as a customer facing operative. I wish I could give 0 stars.

Was over charged and when i confronted the staff member (middle aged woman with bobbed hair) was given verbal abuse and was told there's nothing she could do now its to late! I then went and got the price from the shelf to show the horrid lady, who's only response was that "it's tough and she's not doing nothing".

All in all a truly terrible experience of extreamly poor customer service.

If I could give zero stars that would be a start, my local store absolute ignorance, no customer care, just take money n force you out...bang out of order.

Yet again OneStop Oulton Broad make the same mistake. Pepsi Max instead of Regular Pepsi. They don't seem to learn to check orders before they are despatched.

Went to pick up an evri parcel as sent it to the shop because of the late opening hours only to be told can't pick it up after 1pm.
Girls sat behind the counter were slagging off the company and the manager to customers. One customer tried to make light of their comments but were told it was the worst place ever and they didn't understand how bad it was. The customer looked really embarrassed. Use the store regularly and the post office team are great but the shop colleagues are generally rude and unhelpful.

staff are very nasty to customer dont use the post office their no more due to them saying that i had the wrong post code on my parcel when i didnt and then telling my mum that i was kick out of the shop/banded wasnt even my fault
this is why i doing this review to tell people to advoid this shop and that the couple should get fired

Terrible customer service. No cash available. Machine down. Service representatives didn't understand English. Disgraceful.

Till staff too busy talking to other staff and when waiting to be served it would be an 'excellent' idea for staff to be aware of who is waiting to pay and NOT SERVE queue jumpers , RUBBISH STAFF

I would like to confirm we do not price match with Ald. Tesco will price match products with Aldi. One Stop have their own set prices for products.

Highly disappointed in your porthcawl branch this evening

After handling all of our food and drinks to scan them the cashier informs another customer who asked her why she was wearing a mask that she has covid

I was too shocked and dismayed to say anything. I came home and promptly scrubbed every item and threw the ice creams away because I couldn’t eat it straight away because I couldn’t wash it and it had melted by the time I got home

She literally touched every single item in our basket and every other customer in the store

Absolutely unbelievable and shocking that
1) she was in work in a busy location
2) she was on the checkout touching people’s goods and giving them change etc

Asked for a lid for a Costa coffee from their machine to be told they don't have any.
Stated there's no point in me having the drink then as I can't use it in my car.
Got told it was a waste and that I shouldn't be drinking it in my car.
Refused to pay, left it there and left.
Ret@rded staff member with no idea but I eagerly await him hitting the headlines by telling all the drive through coffee establishments in the country that they shouldn't be selling drivers drinks...oh and the car manufacturers that they shouldn't be fitting cup holders in cars!!
