So this company is a straight up scam. They will take your payment, send you a video of your sign (possible AI video by the way),
give you a bogus tracking number then tell you for weeks that they are having customs issue. Don't give your money to these f**king scammers.

EDIT: The company responded by fulfilling the delivery of the order. I wish they had done so in the timeframe they initially provided. Overall the product was good, no busted lights. They got the design correctly. Apart from the delivery issue and communication, I am satisfied with the product. Paypal dispute cancelled with ONE NEON. Happy to complete my end of the deal.

Fantastic sign I am definitely going to order again

I did give these guys a negative review because my shipment did not arrive and the tracking number provided didn’t exist.
However, they reached out to me and remade a new sign and sent it via fedex. Received goods today after much anticipation. The end result though is great, very well made and packed. I would have given 5 stars but the anxiety and waiting due to them using a rubbish courier company, I’m giving only 4

The products delivered were just what I was looking for. Ordering was easy and the staff were helpful and quick response time with mock ups for approval. Again very happy over all and if all goes well will be ordering again in the future.

After searching for a company that could design our neon sign exactly as we wanted, we FINALLY found one and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome! Customer service is always great and the signs are always mint

The sign they produced had a line of copy that was not lit. No communication that was the case. Expected I should know it wasn't lit. Refused to take responsibility for their communication failure. In fact they were arrogant. I would NEVER recommend these clowns. THEN they have the nerve to say here "We want to make this right for you" but the rep I spoke to blamed me and refused to rectify the issue. Don't get sucked in by these review replies.

Customer service sucks paid my invoice in full they gave a tracking id tried tracking it ups said they never received the item the what’s app number they give you to call is invalid everything about them seem scamming

Received my custom sign plugged in sparks and flames immediately and took out my electrics. Multiple messages emails and calls over 3 weeks no response so logged with my card issuer. Then received a text asking for a video. I advised the above again and that I am not willing to even attempt to do that to get the exact message “please send us a video that we can forward to our factory”

Electrician looked at the unit and advised the quality is terrible and not fit for purpose multiple open connects with poorly fitted heat shrink and a transformer that they believe isn’t uk complaint

I had a custom sign made, it did not get sent on time and was disappointed to find out that it was not like the image. There were protruding areas of the acrylic -none of which were indicated in the proofing. They were unwilling to accommodate any changes after it was made.
The customer service is not good, much of the email correspondence was a single sentence, and they never told me what to expect regarding transaction protocol. Very unprofessional, a truly frustrating experience.

Finished product Does NOT come with instructions on how to Mount it or anything!

Design process is “basic” I mean the team there are 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐮𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 enough to help with logical design advice… but the process is straightforward and easy … even though you have to speak really simple like to them to get your point across and my design was basic 🙄 so that was frustrating- BUT my contact person from -One Neon Sign made a spelling mistake and when I told them they just cut the letters out of the finished sign and said 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐲 𝐰𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐚𝐜𝐡 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐮𝐭 𝐩𝐢𝐞𝐜𝐞 𝐛𝐮𝐭 𝐓𝐇𝐄𝐘 𝐃𝐈𝐃𝐍’𝐓! So when I received it - it is in two pieces 😵 my contact from ONE Neon Sign - Australia 𝐃𝐢𝐝 𝐧𝐨𝐭 explain to me that after they cut it for fixing a spelling mistake that for the cut piece to be installed I need to drill it to the wall 😳

Like what????? I ordered my sign so I can hang it in multiple different locations and the hanging feature now cannot be used, 🤔 One Neon Sign has assumed all customers are going to be drilling holes in walls for installation! 𝐖𝐡𝐲 𝐢𝐬𝐧’𝐭 the hanging feature allowed all of a sudden ??? and my customer service contact keeps telling me that he WILL NOT reattach the cut piece/fix my sign so I can use it to hang… !! I wouldn’t have minded if they even used glue to reattach it but NOPE! They’ve sent it to me faulty like and I can’t hang this sign 😓 I have asked for the 24 month peace of mind policy to be sent to me multiple times for me to be ignored. 👎🏽

I have offered to return my sign to be fixed/cut piece to be re-attached 𝐚𝐭 𝐦𝐲 𝐨𝐰𝐧 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐞 𝐛𝐮𝐭 𝐈 𝐚𝐦 𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐝 and shut off by the customer service contact.

I have emailed the customer email and no reply.
I have also contacted them via phone and nobody answers that number. Texted them via Whats App on the number they give on their website and afetr one reply they have ghosted all my other messages.

I would not recommend this company /product unfortunately! 😐🫠🫠
