Taking up a One Big Switch deal for our home and contents insurance gave us a comparable policy with lower excess at a premium that was less than 50% of our previous provider's quote. Amazing!

Thanks for getting in touch. As per the T&Cs of this offer, you must hold the policy for 21 days to be eligible for the eGift Card. Budget Direct then have another 30 day processing period to email this out to you.
You should expect this within 51 days of your switch. If you want us to raise an enquiry with them, please send us a message through our member services email at contact@onebigswitch.com.au with your policy number so we can reach out to our partners at Budget Direct and advise you when you should expect the eGiftcard.

unable to find electricity deal recommended from this
I was recommended to sign up with this to get the best electricity deal as per energymadeeasy but I couldn’t actually find or get the deal on origin’s website. So now I just have spam emails and not this extra deal

Energy plans can be tricky because the best offer often depends on whether your home uses a Single Rate or a Time of Use tariff. On the energymadeeasy website, these are usually separated into two different tabs; if the wrong one is selected, the rates won't match what you see elsewhere.

Loyalty is a 2 way street
Car insurance offer came in perfect time when I’d received renewal notice with substantial increase for no obvious reason. 2nd substantial increase in 2 years. Called original insurer to query and got it knocked down but was still higher than quote through OBS offer. Looked at reviews and took up new insurance on offer.
