Never again… useless course
It’s seems as if they look at a dictionary to find words that will confuse the student in order to redo the course. There’s also plenty of outsourcing to the Philippines when it comes to customer service and it’s very hard to get a point across or fix any problem. None of the teachers were truly helpful in accommodating to any of my needs as a student trying to finish my work in time and were honestly quite rude. The course is completely backwards and assumes that you know all of the vocab needed and then decides to give you the definition two modules too late. I will never be using Oncourse learning again. I passed my test on my first attempt and I did so with no help from this course.

Your software
Your software. I have used your system for over 14 years. This year, by far, was the worst experience. Your rep blamed the situation on a "computer glitch". Realistically, it was your software glitch. I paid for a class only to have to pay again at a much higher rate. Not honoring the initial rate was bad enough. It is a long story. It was a cluster of crazy and not my fault, but I paid for it.
