The class is both enjoyable and educational, helping us learn new, relevant information while reviewing familiar industry concepts.

The courses get a little better each year. I still find some mistakes in the information and in the questions on the quizzes. I recommend MEC however and will use them again.

User-friendly courses, I really enjoy using them.

I originally used mortgage educators for my MLO license back in 2021. I had my license expire and was told that I needed to retake the course. So purchased the course 20 HR only to find out I only needed my Late CE course in California. When I called to explain the situation, I was told no refund and no discount on my needed course. You would think they would be able to do something, partial refund, coupon on needed course but was told nothing they could do. Doesn’t seem right especially if these are pre-recorded courses.

This opportunity has allowed me to obtain much flexibility in my strife toward completing this course and attending my current occupation. As I attended work and returned home, the moments to continue progression leading to completion have allowed me to become very grateful.

This is my first time taking MEC courses and loved it! A ton of content but the instructors presented all the material with ease specially David! Thank you so much for sharing all your knowledge, I learned so much more than what I expected! I strongly recommend MEC!

The content is outdated, and flat out wrong sometimes. They're also kind of lazy and do not caption the videos. If the speaker is rubbing their face, or misspeaks, or says something wrong, they do not have them retake the segment. At best, they add text to clarify that what was said was wrong. At several points, they misspelled words, including the word "business" which is honestly embarrassing. I'm sorry but David is hard to listen to/watch for almost twenty hours. The last woman in the last segment is kind of scary to watch as well. I am sorry to say that.

And I did reach out to customer service with my course number, and the specific section/topic of the videos with the errant content and they refused to help. It's like they spend their whole budget on the cutesy fake AI stuff and didn't bother using it to at least have their speakers do multiple takes. I regret spending the money.

David , you are awesome as always, but my only concern is the BIOSIG method . is awful , some times work other times do not, i could not finish my CE in December because of that , is a wasting time ,mos of the time ,inconsistencies.

Other than that , your method to teach is the best one and the most enjoyable.

I like the format of the class. It was clear and concise. It makes learning easy to understand because they explain as they go along.

Great course, easy to follow, loved the video and how they changed up instructors to keep it interesting, each had a different style. Case studies were also very helpful to understand the concpts.

The best way for new MLO’s to pass the national test! Hands down. So happy I signed up for this course. The practice tests were the best! I passed the MLO test today. Thank you ME!

I have taken this course yearly for many years and in 2025 I bought the course and did not start it and had to move to the late course. I was then told I had to purchase a second time even though I never started the first course. I feel this is not right having to pay 2 times. We have enough expenses
