Disappointed with service
I ordered to try this product out and it was pretty good. Seemed to be as represented until I received another 4 bags that I wasn’t aware I was receiving. Just opening this next shipment to find out they are all melted into one very large gummy. I guess it is my fault for not opening the 4 bags when I received them think it was better to leave them sealed until I was ready to use. I have reach out- the only way they offer-by email and still haven’t even received a response 2 weeks later. I believe customer service is awful and they only care about charging for additional orders and there isn’t a way to shut it off. Becareful and read all the fine print.

I’ve noticed that my muscles are indeed becoming more toned, burst of energies and cognitive clarity. I couldn’t be happier with Omni creatine gummies!

Deceptive practices - ineffective product
I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with this company has been incredibly frustrating.
I only wanted to pause my subscription because I had just received an order and planned to skip the next shipment. Instead, I was automatically enrolled in an upgrade that I never knowingly agreed to. When I realized what happened, I submitted a cancellation request within 30 seconds of the order being placed. Despite that, the order was not stopped.
The most frustrating part is that this situation was completely avoidable. Had the company simply honored my immediate cancellation request, I likely would have remained a customer and returned in the future. Instead, I was left feeling misled and ignored.
As for the product itself, after taking the supplement consistently for four weeks, I noticed absolutely no results. I understand supplements can take time to work, and I was fully prepared to continue using it for a few more months to see if the benefits would become noticeable over time. Unfortunately, the poor customer experience and deceptive enrollment practices made that impossible.
The combination of misleading subscription tactics, ineffective customer service, and a product that showed no noticeable results during my time using it has completely destroyed my trust in this company. I will not do business with them again and cannot recommend them to others.
If transparency, ethical business practices, and customer service are important to you, I would strongly encourage you to look elsewhere.
