the repeated pushing to add to my order was upsetting as I want to see how it works before I increase my order. I felt like I was being tricked into ordering other products as I have been before because I didn't see the opt out box and that was considered consent to add to myorder. I dislike that type of marketing.

So disappointing
So disappointing. Wrong item delivered the first time. Then discovered I was signed up for a monthly subscription. I did NOT sign up for a subscription! Even after cancelling the fraudulent subscription another shipment was sent and refused. Still waiting for the refund over a month later!
After repeated emails back and forth without resolve, the dispute is now with my credit card company.

The Omni company took care of my…canceling
The Omni company took care of my canceling my account and when I needed help to send a product back I got a quick response as to a mailing label and it seemed like 10 minutes the problem was quickly solved.
