Olpro are fantastic good communications quality products and the after service is the best I’ve seen in a very long time,will definitely be using again.

I bought the OLPRO Home breeze 5 berth inflatable tent.Unfortunately there was unpleasant issues with that tent. I have contacted the customer service. The way my problem was resolved is absolutely OUTSTANDING. I wish this company to stay in the market for long, good years. If I could give them 6 stars, I would ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️👌

First class customer service! I purchased a pre-loved inflatable awning and on it's second outing both beams wouldn't inflate. When we took a closer look both inflatables had just perished in spots. We reported back to OLPRO and they dealt with the issue in super quick time and replaced the beams free of charge for us. I was so impressed with their service, would recommend to everyone. Purchased a utility tent and upon first opening, as a test, it it was OK

BUT when closing it, wife 65kg couldn't close it.

It appeared that the frame was broken.

Emaied Olpro with pictures and they replaced the product. We only opened the package after about 4 months so they went the extra mile.

Make sure you inspect your goods within the 30days return policy.

I bought 2 backpacks from OLPRO, one for travelling and it fit perfectly in the overhead locker on the plane (just as advertised) and another 30L back pack - both great. I emailed the team almost a year later because one of the straps came adrift on the backpack, I asked for a repair because it had been so long but instead OLPRO replaced the backpack for me within 2 days. I was very impressed with the customer service and I will be visiting the shop again.

I received my dinner melamine set very quickly. Well packaged but 1 plate sadly broken. After an email I received a replacement by return of post. My purchase was small but Olpro treated me like I mattered.
We have just bought a camper we will be back as we kit it out. Thank you for being human x

Ordered the blanko which came fast with updates and tracking. Great blanket item and super warm and cozy. Will look at their other products as they have a great commitment to planting trees and other work around the globe 👍

We ordered a caravan cover via advert on Facebook, unfortunately Evri did not fulfil their obligation for delivery, I contacted olpro via email, communication was second to none, without question I was offered a refund or a replacement & received it the next day via dhl
The cover is great too, excellent value for money, would not hesitate in recommending to friends, thank you olpro

I ordered a van organizer, but it arrived damaged. The straps are made of poor quality material and started fraying completely. They claim to have live chat support, but when you try to use it, they just redirect you to email instead.

After emailing them about the poor-quality product, they asked me to measure the item and send the measurements back to them just to get a prepaid return label. On top of that, they expect you to take time out of your day to return the item yourself.

This is definitely not the kind of hassle a paying customer should have to deal with. The products aren’t cheap, but the quality is absolutely terrible.

No wonder Amazon is thriving!!

Ordered an item, after arrived try to fit it and already torn.
Contacted them through chat where I got fobbed of to email. What is the point of chat service?
Anyway I emailed they respond is they will refund on return but I have to give them measurements, print label and also post it, even tough it's a faulty, poor quality product.
I wouldn't recommend to use them.
No wonder Amazon doing well.

There was a error on the part of the courier which they resolved in no time over the phone. I would advise ringing them direct with such issues, far less complicated than the "jungle" drums. OLPRO were brilliant, not to mention the great utility tent we received.

I couldn't do my zips on the sleeping bags to turn into a double sleeping bag. I asked Claire if they could do me a video to show me . And they did . Really good customer service. Xxx

It's a real shame, the airbeam tent I got was great the first time it went up. The second time it went up, it ripped apart at 5PSI.

When I asked Olpro about this, they stated they don't support any warranty on the beams as they 'blow it up and leave it for 2 weeks' to check its quality before its shipped. Any engineer would know that weak points show only under repeated use. So between a lack of good testing, and a lack of warranty, i'd avoid them.

I will add in their favour, that they did offer to look at the broken zipper I had, but it seems pointless to get a zipper fixed on a tent that can't inflate.

Great Company to deal with the Caravan cover is as described and easy to fit and gift was a nice surprise.

Bit of a mixed mixed experience as the back pack arrived with a broken chest clip which was disappointing. I contacted the team and they sent me a new backpack out straight away! Shame about the clip but the customer service was great👍🏻

Super easy ordering and shipping to Aus. For such a heavy item the shipping was great value, quick and easy.

I love my olpro Luna.it went up within about 15 minutes first time out, so things will only get quicker from here.

Dealt with their service team too. They were really prompt and very helpful.

Can’t speak highly enough of Olpro. During a recent trip to Camper Calling, we experienced a pretty bad storm, resulting in a problem with our Hive Breeze at one of the peg straps. Olpro were exhibiting at the festival and offered great support to get us sorted with a temporary fix. Not only this, but their after sales customer care was 5* - in summary, problems can happen but how a brand respond to them and support the customer is the number 1 measure in my mind. Thanks to Sarah and the team!
