Really pleased with tent - very quick to erect and materials are quality - withstood three torrential downpours with no leaks apart from some pooling in the ground sheet where I had left the electricity inlet zip open - would definitely recommend purchase

Was looking for a simple and affordable option for our Mazda Bongo. The sun canopy with the figure of 8 attachment was perfect for our gutter rail. We've aready used it twice and whilst there are more substantial options available at a much higher price, this fit the bill perfectly for us.

Camping table is really OlPO bamboo, it has a nifty fold down system superb really serves two things great camping table for the van, and a great table for my studies on my narrow boat

I was very disappointed, ordered a 4 pole windbreak from OL PRO.
It was bad quality, flimsy would never be able to withhold the wind!
I rung the customer service number to obtain some advice about their returns policy, the female staff member was so rude, unhelpful and dismissive to me she hung up I have tried to call back again and no answer.
This experience was disgraceful!

What can I say 121 miles away from home and the tent started leaking bairning in mind I paid not far off £800 and my first time using the thing!! Called up and was told I would have to wait atleast 2 days for a reply so clearly our trip is going to be cut short as the water is now dripping into the bedrooms! Nice big tent but will be returned and I want a full refund! Personally I'd avoid! While we have been here there's a family with a berghaus tent 2 years she's had it got it in a sale for £330 more than half the price of this disaster

On unpacking my order part of it was missing contacted OLPRO who with no quibbles sent the missing parts on next day delivery. Excellent service

Our experience with an Olpro drive-away awning for our new campervan has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I implore anyone considering their products to look elsewhere. What started as an exciting addition to our adventures quickly devolved into a testament to shoddy manufacturing and truly appalling customer service.

From the second use, the quality issues began. The pegs attached to the groundsheet simply came off – a basic failure for any camping equipment. By the third use, we were experiencing a river flowing through the awning. Not ideal for storage, let alone anything else!

The subsequent interactions with Olpro customer service were a masterclass in condescension and gaslighting. Despite clear evidence of manufacturing defects, we were told we needed photographic proof. So, we subjected ourselves to a fourth use within 12 months, purely to document the ongoing failures. As expected, a single day of rain resulted in significant puddles forming in both corners. To add insult to injury, 2 of the sheet pegs have also detached.

Olpro's explanation for the significant water ingress? "Condensation." This is an insult to common sense. Our awning is used for storage only; it's not slept in or lived in. To suggest that two inches of water pooling in the corners is merely "condensation" is frankly ridiculous and demonstrates a complete disregard for customer satisfaction or product accountability.

Save yourself the inevitable frustration, disappointment, and wasted money. Do not buy anything from Olpro. The poor quality, coupled with their unhelpful and condescending customer service, makes them a company to avoid at all costs.

Went to Wales during this time ir blew a gale and poured down for 5 days and nights the cubbo v2 awning never let us down never rained in and withstood very strong winds these conditions tell us that this awning can withstand extreme weather conditions.
It's a 5000 hh single skin polled awning amazing 👍👍👍

Got a campervan cover from olpro because I was taking the trim off the outside and wanted a decent one
All the clips snapped on the first use and after emails back and forth I was clear they weren't going to do anything about it so we just tied knots then it rained and the cover did nothing, rain was pouring through the cover and into my van. Absolute waste of money and the customer service was not existent. Stay away!

Hi I ordered a new sleeping bag, a rectangular one, it has proved to be excellent giving the extra room that makes for an easy night sleep

I ordered an inflatable porch awning at a competitive price, with a very attractive life time warranty.
The awning has arrived and I am very impressed with the product, both in size and quality - The product alone would get a 5 star rating.
The only issue I had with OLPRO was the rude customer service representative I had to deal with when I called to enquire about the delivery date; very little help, very rude, and very angry. The customer Service would get a 1 star.
I did however have communication with one of the Directors of the company, Lisa, after my initial experience, who provided the level of service I would have expected, which bumped the review score back up to 4 stars.
Recommendation - Definitely use this company; just try to avoid phoning them...

After searching, buying and returning endless amounts of chairs to fit our newly converted campervan, the search is over thanks to Olpro.

Lightweight, comfy and stylish! Who would have thought it could be so hard!

Look forward to using them for our upcoming year long European adventure.

Customer service also been fantastic throughout and delivery was rapid!
