Absolutely horrendous - avoid at all costs. Wonderful marketing though. What arrives is not at all like the descripiton of what you think you are getting - cheap cheap cheap. They did admit the "mistake" after a few round and round emails. They offered a token refund to keep the product, then after months, they did agree to pay the return postage and refund in full as its their mistake. Return postage of a single dress, tracked Royal Mail from the UK to China was over £30. If you must use them, pay by Paypal and a good credit card. When I didn't hear whether they received the parcel (which I know they did as it was tracked) their customer service email had changed. I got a refund of the dress cost via Paypal, not the shipping costs though.

Dreadful company - a complete joke and do not buy from them in any capacity. Clothes cheap and nasty. Communication all AI. Avoid at all costs.

Absolutely atrocious jumpsuit was poor quality and did not fit and would rather give me a at reduced refund and keep the garment as it was too expensive to send back. The project was sent from China have yet to receive a partial refund even we hen they said they sent it, checked my bank and no plus they said the refund was sent however they said they haven't got my bank details this doesn't make sense. Don't buy from them it's a scam

This company are not based in USA, they are based in China. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. This has now been on going for 3 MONTHS. Their garments are below standard, terrible quality.... when you try to return, they offer 20% off not to return back!!!! which I declined ( i don't want the garments ) then offered 30%... i still do not require...…after proof of sending back ( £30 cost ) they still are not returning my money until received by them, when i have proof. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM

Don’t bother buying from this company. I ordered a trouser suit for my wife a month ago. Still have t received it and get fobbed off with various excuses by Ai chat bots 🙈😡

This company is a scam! Do not buy!

This company pretends to be a uk company but it is in China!! The prices make you believe you might get quality, but it is true rubbish.
I received a crappy piece of polyester that no way resembled what I ordered. It is totally unwearable. The express uk delivery was actually 3 weeks. The 30 day money back guarantee is a lie.
The options are to return to china at your cost, which they may never receive and then you pay for it yourself be returned to you, pay £15 for an alternative size or a discount. I have never received my discount to try recoup my losses and they refuse to give me a bank transaction reference.
DO NOT BUY, Total fraudulent SCAMMERS. Note they operate under different but similar names. I am now taking action through bank.

This company advertises on instagram as a uk based company. The website is set up to show as being Uk based with priority shipping next day - DO NOT FALL

They are based in China and my order took 3 weeks to arrive, missing the event I ordered for. The clothing was very thin fabric, and poorly made with no excess fabric for movement in the garment.
I asked for a return which took several weeks of chasing to get authorised, with offers to refund 30% and threats of expensive shipping back to China for a full refund.
I spend £10 on priority shipping, and £27 to return a load of absolute rubbish.
Avoid at all costs!!!

Total scam, advertises as a London based company selling high quality linen clothes, they come weeks later and are plastic and stink. They then charge you £30+ to return to a random man's name from China.

From what it sounds like from other reviews ( I wish I had seen before I spent money) they then don't reply once you have submitted the return!

Disgusting company, website is all lies. I received stained, poor quality clothes. They are scam artists. I will share this review everywhere I can as no one should be treated like this. Why isn’t more done to stop companies like this

Cheap imitation clothing that is not as described! I thought I was ordering a nice cotton dress from the website description and photos which cost me £52. This dress took almost 4 weeks to arrive and I was shocked to open the bag to find a cheap polyester dress from China which did not look like the dress on the website. The company are saying I need to pay for the return international shipping and they are telling me it will take many weeks for them to receive it and inspect it before refunding me. Basically they are denying mis selling this dress and not accepting liability or refunding the shipping fee. I am taking this matter further now.

I would never order from the company again. The outfit that arrived was nothing like the one advertised. It was cheap and I would never wear it. When I messaged to say that I wanted a refund I was told I would have to pay the shipping and that it would take about 3 months before I received a refund. The other option was to keep the outfit and receive a 25% discount. I really had no choice but to go for option 2 even though I will never wear the outfit. Let’s see if I get my 25% refund. Total scam! I was deceived by the professional website and beautiful clothes. What arrived (from USA) was poor quality, cheap and unwearable. I ordered two sizes and planned to send one back, I’m now stuck with £100 of rubbish with no way of returning. Waited 6 weeks and needed 4 emails to get here, still waiting for a reply on how to return. AVOID ANY COMPANY WITH THIS OR A SIMILAR NAME!

Not even worth one star! Wish had seen some reviews before buying. Items don’t match the description or photo, are so sheer I could only wear the maxi dress over a swim suit on a beach and they have the worst returns policy. Never buy from these. I am waiting for the next advertisement on social media to appear so I can also warn people off them on there too! Sooooo poor! Don’t touch with a barge pole as someone has already said!

Absolutely shocking!! They pretend to be a London based company when really they are from guess where ..... yes China !! Both dresses I ordered do not remotely resemble the photos I based my order from - not one bit! And as for the quality - poor, poor, poor !!!! The buttons are just about to fall off, the stitch work is awful and the material is just cheap and nasty. Their returns policy is even worse! You have to pay the shipping costs to send it back (which are high because it's China) and then they deduct the cost of the original shipping costs from the refund given - making it just about not worthwhile doing. An absolute rip-off. Do not touch them with a barge pole - they are rip off merchants!!

After a very lengthy delay in receiving my order in 2 separate packages. The quality of the products are terrible. You can tell they are cheaply made and the zips keep sticking.
