This company is not based in London.The items are shipped from China It's just another Shein. Don't buy. I bought a dress and the quality is of poor quality. Returning the parcel was going to cost me more than £15. It's a scam

Terrible fraud -only realised after I bought a dress that it wasn’t a legit company and was being sent from China after items I ordered took 3 weeks to arrive. They were cheap and poor quality - this is not a uk based store - do not buy from them. They also don’t offer returns so offer a partial refund as they know the cost of returning to china is too much. Awful company and there are so many now that it’s in on a targeted industrial scale.

After purchasing from this site which i thougt was based in the UK. 1 week later I chased up my order and then discovered they are based in China. After 3 weeks my Oversized Aran Jumper arrived paid £50 for it.....the Oversized Jumper would fit a 10 year old child, made with cheap nylon wool not luxury Aran. Not worth £5 from a market stall. Contact made to the company offered me firstly 5 % then 10% the a 20% refund and keep the product or return for a full refund. It was likely to cost £25 to return and no guarantee I would get a refund.......I am now contacting my bank to try and charge back the money paid. PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE. Only given 1 star you can not give 0 or minus

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! China based which makes returns impossible - even if you are prepared to pay the return shipping costs because the company won’t pay the Chinese customs charges. I bought 2 pairs of shoes for £45 each and they found the identical ones on TEMU for £10 each!!! Their “customer services” wouldn’t cancel the order even though it was still being processed. Total scammers, had to get my bank involved, as my return is still stuck in Chinese customs, so they have you totally over a barrel. Avoid like the plague

No sign of order and no response to request for a refund. This is a scam company who I will report in the hopes the banks refuse to deal with them

I would give a minus if I could! This company is NOT London based despite the name and is in fact Chinese. Two items ordered both described as linen- neither of which were linen even the care labels said they were viscose and elastane. Both returned immediately at my own cost and 10 weeks later are apparently still being assessed by Chinese customs. I am currently over £100 out of pocket and do not expect a resolution. Buy from this company at your own peril!

In April I purchased a dress jacket from this company who you would think were based in the UK.
They are based in China, the jacket was absolutely rubbish, It came in a very small PVC bag and the garment was wrinkled to hell. There was no invoice details in the bag, the garment had no suppliers/manufacturers label on. I paid £45 but it really wasn't worth £10 very poor quality.
Numerous emails they are very apologetic offer you 20% back but then drop the bombshell when you want to return it. They say they are based in China, return is at your cost, they state they will refund IF they receive the goods back but list risks in doing this all to deter you. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. TBF I would give them zero stars and they want reporting to UK Trading Standards.

I actually do not rate this supposed company at all, I guess I fell for it like a lot of people, probably the tag line English attached to their name.
A total scam, I guess very cheap imitations of the original garments shown on their website are sent to customers, they are doing everything possible to avoid giving me a refund, more to follow

Ordered a cardigan. Waited for 3 weeks to get it. Cheap crap. Wanted to return, they offered 10% then 15% off because they are overseas and it is complicated and too long for the buyer to get a refund. Looked on the website, 30 days to return/refund and min £15 to return ti Chine? Really? It is haf the price of the cardigan i bought. They have another address in the Netherlands. Company name Oliver Harrison London . Why London? They mislead the buyer deliberately. Stay away from them. NOT TRUSTED!!!

Has anyone been successful in reporting this scam company? After I paid 2 weeks ago I was told an item was out of stock and I had to select something else or get a store credit!!!!!!! They absolutely refuse to refund me. I am definitely writing to customer protection services as well as getting my bank to investigate the company and black list them.

Got my money back off these clowns. They tried everything - refused to give me a returns address even though the product was crap and nothing as described on the website and stating a 30 day return guarantee if at all unsatisfied. Registered a complaint with Barclaycard who refunded the money and took it up with Oliver H China. Took three months but worth it in the end. Buyer be very aware!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. if I could give 0 stars I would. Delivery took almost 20 days. And the jumpsuit I ordered looks NOTHING like the picture. Of I could upload pictures I would. Absolute scam. I ordered a cotton dungarees and what I received was cheap nylon halter neck with a blurry print. And they make refunds hard, buyer is responsible for the cost their own returns! RIP OFF.

Ordered a dress for my dad’s funeral, took so long to arrive, I had to go a buy another as I was worried it wouldn’t arrive in time. I’m glad I did. When it did arrive, the quality was so poor. I emailed support asking how I make a return, I received a response within 5 minutes asking for my reasons for wanting to return, which I explained. I received another email then asking for photos, which I provided. Then received a third email offering me 10% of my purchase price. I replied explaining that I was within my rights to receive a full refund, at which point I have been completely blanked. I emailed again the next day, and got no reply. So I did what I should have done before purchase and checked the reviews, which say it all. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

The quality of the jacket is awful. So cheap. Worst item of clothing I’ve ever ordered and now more expense to send it back to china. Really unhappy

Took ages to arrive - obviously made to order. Very poor quality and no way is it a M - far too small. They are reluctant to take the return - offering me a 10% discount!

This company is a total scam. I agree completely with all the other customers that have purchased from a so-called Olivier Harris London site. I ordered a raincoat which after a lengthy time arrived. It was such poor quality that I didn't even try on. Immediately discovered by contacting "Sophie" that I had to pay the postage back to China & wouldn't get a refund until it was received. This was back in February, have twice contacted the company again, no refund. Then yesterday the parcel was received back to my address from China saying this address didn't exist. Please do not buy from this company, it is a total scam.

Absolute rip off. Poor quality product and when we returned the items no refund was made. Avoid this company - they will cheat you as they have cheated everyone else - just read the reviews which all say the same thing
