Terrible stuff from china. Badly sized - too small.
Expensive too.
If you see the address they gave me below it seems to be associated with other scam companies too. The law should stop this.
Worried about getting a refund now. I have raised it to chargeback. Avoid avoid avoid.

Here is their 6th email to me:

The poorest of quality,not worth the packaging.
I ordered a pair of men's mules on the 15th of May,then read the reviews 10 minutes after paying and immediately tried to cancel the order.
I was told it's too late it was processed.
The goods eventually arrived today 2nd of June,Sender not Oliver Harrison but Tommy Tu!!
The items in the bag were lighter than a pair of flip flops, absolutely terrible.
Last time I seen something of such poor quality was off a van on Weston Super Beach front.
Now the process begins of trying to get a refund.

The company said my dress was unavailable and refused to give me a refund, offering me a store credit instead.
One item was supposed to be delivered last week and still hasn't arrived. Terrible customer service. Do not use this company

I wish I read the reviews before buying it. Paid £64 for a dress with horrible quality, didn’t fit well and when I tried to return they offered 10% of the money back. I insisted on returning to get my money back and now the dress is stuck on customs in China. The worst experience ever. Never again

This company is a fraud. Don’t go near them. Wish I had checked them out before buying. Managed to get a refund from my credit card company after many emails with Oliver Harrison London!!

This website it’s a scam . Do not buy anything from them.

Terrible service ! I placed an order on the 16th May. No updates regarding my order & I even said to them after 2 weeks please refund me if you cannot fulfill…. Nothing ….. please don not order from them …. I understand orders can be delayed but you need to make your customers aware of what is going on when you have taken their money !

Do not buy from this online retailer. I am considering reporting them to the CMA for bad practices. I ordered what looked to be a beautiful coral floaty dress. Stupidly I don’t check Trust Pilot first (which I usually do). The dress was the most disgusting orange (not coral), it was creased and cheap looking. Shoulders badly sized for rest of dress and looked hideous on. I have now been told I have to send evidence of why I want to send the dress back?! Or I can keep it with 10% off. This is to manipulate the customer into thinking “well that’s better than the hassle to send it back”. It’s a complete scam, the dress is worth £5 at best and I paid £45 so if I accept a 10% discount to keep it they have made circa £35 from this scam posing as a retailer! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Avoid it ! Company based in China ! To send 4 items back cost a fortune! Never received the refund! Always read reviews about companies you are buying from!

Zero Stars! Please pray the product to fit and please you from the first time. They ask you to return for any issues to a site in China on the customer's expense with a tracking link evan for an echange!

Not even a one star of a rag turned up, a cheap copy of the picture on the website.
Don’t buy from them it’s from china not London.
Zero quality, not a single label inside to give you a clue on materials or washing.

Don’t go there. I wish I’d red the reviews first. It cost £24 to return the absolute rubbish I’d paid for. The only thing I had was what looked like a dodgy request for more money for postage at customs their end(china somewhere) so I didn’t cough any up. This was last November ish. Never heard another thing. I couldn’t believe it when the said bag of junk arrived back to my door just a couple of weeks ago. Do yourself a favour and look elsewhere. London my ars 😡

I wish I had READ the REVIEWS BEFORE I ordered. My £45 so called Dress arrived (Arden midi). NOT fit for purpose it is a rag , poor, poor quality the material is spit through!!Please READ these reviews save your money the returns policy is absolutely insanely ridiculous you return and pay for and you may not get a full refund!! So be wise let them keep their shoddy goods in China…. Lesson learned! Fuming!😡 😡😡😡😡

Don’t touch them. Fake company based in China with inferior garments.They don’t honour your statutory rights to a full refund. Should be investigated by police and closed down by trading standards authorities. Don’t be fooled. Should be minus 10 stars .

Wish I'd read the reviews first. Sub-standard "vintage" bag took weeks to arrive, was such thin material was able to be posted through the letterbox! Trying to get a refund... customer service offered me 10% then 20% off "in the name of being environmentally friendly if I kept the item!!! Charlatans!

Cheap Shein/temu like company based in china. Took weeks to deliver, fabric is worse than paper.
Full priced clothing and only offer a 10/20% partial refund. They also make you do your own returns, and recommend to "avoid vat charges declare the value as 5-10usd" which is still more than what their products are worth.
Do not believe the "good" reviews on here, probably being paid to write them. Don't get caught out!

Trying to obtain a return address they are not offering me an address to send returns to. A sham company, the clothes are poor quality, material cheap. If l had read these reviews l never would have ordered from them. I only ordered as l thought it was based in London not China.

Ordered an £80 pair of boots, what arrived was cheap plastic crap and nothing like the boots I ordered. Best bet is taking up with your bank.

Even one star is too much.faye dress is nothing like the picture and certainly not linen.Took weeks to arrive and to be quite honest only fit for the rubbish bin.A complete scam. Thank god I only ordered one. Be warned or you will be very disappointed.my wife is very disappointed
