not what it seems
Im usually pretty aware of rogue sites but this one looks the part ! Only realised this was a Chinese website when i went to track where my item was - no movement on tracker and its been a while since the order - so not v hopeful - avoid the hassle and avoid this seller - luckily i paid via paypal so hoping i have some protection

I complained that the throws were very bad quality and sent photos of the original photos on line and a photo of the actual product they sent, I'm not sure you will get to return for a full refund! But they offered 35% refund which i excepted, still not happy, but a little bit happier.

Delivery 7-10 days WHAT A JOKE! Order at your own risk
Delivery was meant to be 7-10 days.....
My last email to them is to be my last as I just can't be bothered any more! 4 weeks and nothing!
All you get back is a polite email saying ''Oh we're very sorry, but we are sure could be with you soon!'' and ''Occasionally this may happen and is quite unusual''
Well, if you're reading this... take a look at all the other feedback and see for yourself if this is unusual!
My order was for a Christmas present and we've had to go out and physically order same things from a shop which quite honestly should have done in the first place!
Don't believe all you are promised with this company.... DON'T DO IT!

Good customer service. Items not the best quality
The item was shipped and delivered on time as per the delivery information on the website.
The items weren't the quality that I was expecting, however, I raised this by email and customer service always responded within 24 hours and once they could fully understand my concerns they did resolve the issue for me with minimal hassle.
I'm therefore giving 4 stars as while rhe item quality in my experience wasn't what I was expecting, the company communicated well to resolve the issue.

SCAM.They are selling items from Temu or Shein for triple the price, and you will never get a full refund.

Absolute crooks
Absolute crooks, purchaced a kettle for £55 said it would arrive from the Netherlands between 5 to 10 days. It took over 3 weeks to arrive.
The kettle was cheap and nasty, dented with a bent handle, They were on sale on ebay from China for £9.
They will not refund me they want to send out another cheap one again.
Please Please do not buy from this scam company.

I ordered an olive green throw
I ordered an olive green throw. Delivery advised as 5-9 days. It took 4 weeks to get to me and when it came it was mint green. I asked for a refund and at first they offered me 20% discount. I refused and said I wanted a refund. They then said as it was not faulty and change of mind it would cost me more money to send back than I paid for it (£119). Ski should therefore accept the 20%discount. Again I refused stating it was advertised and pictured as olive green and it wasn’t. I was told they’d have to get in touch with the manufacturer to check colour code. I had to threaten to go to trading standards before I finally got a refund.
They are still advertising it as olive green when it most definitely isn’t.

Scam company
Scam company. Website shows fake Trustpilot reviews. Does not tell customers that items will be shipped from China. No clue as to arrival date. Have reverse searched product images and most are available on Amazon/AliExpress etc for less than a third of the price.
