I wish I had read these reviews before placing my order, I assumed I was ordering goods on a UK website, it looked professional and similar to Etsy. I ordered the Tsuki Notebook Gift Set for a gift for a few work colleagues. When it arrived, it was wrapped in a black thin black bag and sellotaped together making the entire thing look cheap and nasty. Please don’t be scammed by this website you are ordering it from a Chinese website that will take ages to arrive and provide you with bitter disappointment

Ordered a walnut tray and over 4 weeks later (via China YunExpress delivery!) a cheap imitation stained tray with awful quality arrived - the photos on the web page do not look at all like the version that was delivered and the description said solid walnut wood and this is stained cheap wood. Avoid this company !!

I ordered a vase from what looked like a reputable British Company. I was emailed to state it was in transit. I've since had an email stating vase is out of stock? Sooo sorry I didn't read reviews on Trust Pilot first. Now realising it is a scam Chinese website. I just wish there could be a stop to this fraudulent activity online.

This is a Chinese company posing as British and flogging rubbish
I have also ordered an item from this website, a dressing gown, which was nothing like the item shown on the website. The fabric was cheap and nasty, the gown had no labels, either for the make nor for washing instructions.
When I asked for a refund I was told that I had to send back the item to China! at my own expense. They eventually offered me a 50% refund, which still left me with a useless item, but I accepted as it was the best I could get.
I think the whole look of the website is fraudulent: it looks like a British or at least European site, when it is really trading from China. Unfortunately, the Internet is now swamped with these kind of sites, and I am now very careful before I order anything. Checking Trustpilot feedback and the return policy is a must, and if this is bad, I give it a miss. Companies such as these make internet shopping a nightmare.

Couldn't gift due to the state of the box
Considering the price of these notebook gifts you would expect them to arrive in mint condition. The box had a tear across it, like when you rip tape off and the pen was broken. I don't have time to send this back as it's supposed to be a leaving gift for my manager so I have wrapped the note book in some nice paper and will hope for the best however, I will not be ordering from Olive and Tuck again and wouldn't recommend them

Shoddy Service
I ordered a Christmas present from OliveAndTuck with a delivery time of 3-5 working days. It arrived two weeks after Chirstmas - too late to be used and I bought an alternative present in the meantime.
The package is still sat unopened on my desk as I have tried in vain to get returns information either from the email provided or the phone number.
Amex won't allow me a chargeback because I still have the parcel - still trying to contact them to make a return. No doubt if I do get through they will tell me I have gone beyond their 14 day returns window.
Very shoddy service from start to finish

Olive and Tuck Rip Off !
Ordered a throw from Olive and Tuck, when it eventually arrived...from China !! I was not made aware of this at point of order !! It arrived like a screwed up ball !! Upon opening the throw, it is of poor cheap quality !! I have contacted this company 3 times to request a refund, and have been completely ignored. You have to contact them via email to obtain a return address !! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Absolute rip off !! Will now be contacting my bank regarding this purchase

Avoid this company at all costs
After using the throw I feel I have to warn others. The “winter warm, cosy throw” has the warmth and thickness of a tea towel. To return this item to this fake company they offer 35% refund. This would still make it vastly overpriced. This company us fraudulent AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I ordered an item never knowing that it had to come from abroad I thought they were a British Company that is just the start, It took forever to come and when it arrived I couldn't believe the quality was rubbish it cost £36 and after it had taken so long I have either to return it to the Netherlands or accept just a 35% refund, this is a fiddle or what! Icing on the cake last night was I had a phone call from the nursing home where my husband is and was told he had died this was 10.45pm. What an end to 2025!!!! I will never use this company again! Do not use OliveandTuck you will regret it.

Warm & Snuggly
Considering where it was being delivered from, it arrived in a reasonable time. Totally worth waiting on. It's so soft and cosy. Really good quality throw. My husband has had a transplant and I've had a stroke so we both feel the cold, especially at night. No more hot water bottles for us. There is quite a bit of weight in this throw so it keeps us warm and snuggly all night. The green throw is a perfect colour match for my curtains. I would highly recommend this company. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
