Bait and Switch. The items advertised were stylish and appealing, which is why I placed my order. However, after waiting nearly a month without receiving any updates, I contacted customer service to check on the status of my order. I was then informed that the items I purchased were never actually available and had not even been manufactured. The company could not provide an estimated timeline for when, or if, the items would become available.

Instead of fulfilling my order, I was offered the option to exchange it for other items that were in stock. After requesting a full refund three separate times, my refund was finally processed. Overall, the experience was frustrating and disappointing due to the lack of inventory transparency and the difficulty in obtaining a refund.

They offer a "Worry Free" shopping experience that is far from it. If you need to return a 9 oz cotton dress, as I did, you have to pay $30 to mail it back to China. I also found their sizing chart to be inaccurate.

I ordered a dress on July 9, and it never shipped. I reached out to customer service after a couple of weeks with no response at all whatsoever. Finally, on the 29th, their site shows that the item shipped. I have not received the item yet, but the lack of communication, customer service, and wait time have been so long that I'm rating them a two.
