I was in Knutsford today and when heading home noticed an Oka store so quickly turned around!! So glad I did! Lots of gorgeous items!! Davina was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and made up a list of my favourites for me! A really friendly team and wonderful store, only problem
Is the size of my shopping list as a result! I will revisit when the new build is complete to buy all my favourites albeit I may well buy some now and hide them from my husband!! A really lovely shopping experience which is rare these days!!

I enjoyed excellent and very kind help from Davina at the Knutsford shop whilst placing my order over the phone. We then went to the Oka shop in Knutsford to collect our purchase and the Manager gave us excellent help and advice. As always, most impressed with the service and products at Oka.

Choosing faux flowers
Very helpful ladies helped me chose faux flowers for a vase I had previously bought from OKA. They spent a long time finding something of the same size and colour and then comparing flowers of different types until I was happy. They were so helpful and there was no pressure to purchase.

I was looking for the salad servers…
I was looking for the salad servers which weren’t on display.
When I went to pay for a different purchase, I showed them in the brochure to the lady.
She was very helpful and said there were some that had just been delivered.
She found them and unpacked them but the colour was darker than the pair in the brochure.
She offered to unpack more but I was happy with the second pair that she had opened.
Very pleasant experience.

I know I can park easily and the staff are very helpful.
I have been buying faux flowers from OKA for a number of years now, they maybe more expensive but they are good quality. Great shopping experience

6First of all I am very sad to have to write this poor review after being a loyal customer and buying many items in the past and planned to in the future ... I am now put off over the lack of customer care at this store. Neptune next time!!! Unsubscribing from the emails now. When locality doesn't matter you loose in the end and all expensive advertising goes out the window.
My experience has not been a positive one today at Knutsford OKA with the store manager ( I think she was as I was refered to her by other staff)who is not flexible at all to the bonkers 14 days return policy . Which tbh I never thought a quality retail outlet would have. It's usually cheap outlets that have a 14 days return policy ... very odd and puts you off buying items to try in your home.
I bought a photo frame which sadly did not fit the picture of my late father that I wanted to put in it. The frame like many in the shop also had marks and glue on it so I went to return it today. But sadly was unable to as it was 1 week over the 14 days due mainly to the fact that I had been away over Feb half term and didn't realise the policy was 14 days ... very disappointing 😞 it smacks of desperation from OKA... please consider the impression this gives and how loyal customers are treated as i was made to feel small and was patronised by this member of staff... almost as if " how dare I ask"
In reply .... I understand the policy but as I said previously a 14day policy is usually applied to lower end retail outlets and not one high end outlets usually have, perception is everything in 2026! And I didn't appreciate the lack of customer service for the sake of a picture frame ... very poor.
Neptune allows returns on most items within 28 days of delivery if they are in original, unused condition.
John Lewis offers a 30-day return policy for unused, resaleable items in original packaging with tags, accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt, delivery note).
