ok so i almost didn't buy this because of some not-great reviews from late last year about shipping and returns, and i was SO close to clicking away.. but the watches kept pulling me back on instagram...

ordered april 2nd and it arrived april 7th, packaged really cute. the pearl face is genuinely prettier in person than on the website which is usually the other way around

also had a quick question about the band and a girl from support got back to me in a few hours with a whole video walkthrough 🥺💕

whatever those old reviews were about, it really wasn't my experience at all. already eyeing some other pieces for my sister's bday!!

Thought i had an issue with shipping, customer service replied back to me almost immediately and helped me figure out the situation that i was misreading, the two watches arrived and they are Beautiful, i am SO relieved that they look like the advertisement, there was a deal buy one get one free, i consider that a steal. I would go back for the quality, customer service help and the fact they have So many options. We will definitely be back for more watches within this month, five stars!

took 2 months for the watches to get here and when they did they came tarnished, haven’t even put it on yet.

It has been a month since I ordered a wallet, not only that they didn't respond after receiving the money, they says silly excuses like itbwill be dispatched soon and all! Such a scam! Never fall for these fraudsters

Scam! The watches haven’t arrived since October (now it’s almost January) Be careful!

Gift ordered on 3rd Dec no notification that it would not arrive before Christmas. Only update on 19th Dec to say it was packaged and awaiting courier. Arrived after Christmas and was shipped from Sydney. Obviously the stock was not in Australia at time of purchase. Lack of transparency and communication very disappointing.

I would rate my experience with OhKlassy as less than one star. My 16 year old daughter ordered a present for a dear friend in November 2025 for Christmas. It really meant a lot to her to buy this present with her own money. Their website states they ship within a few days. I contacted them to ask where our order was mid-December. At first they were very responsive and let me know that there was a problem. “ Upon reviewing your order, we noticed that the shipping address provided is in a remote area that is currently inaccessible for delivery. This is the reason your order has not yet been shipped.” We live in a major city and receive mail by all normal ways - USPS, FedEx, UPS. All of the major carriers. They have now stopped responding to my emails and have not refunded my money that was over $100. This company seems to be a scam and I definitely would not order from them. Tomorrow we will open a dispute with the bank. Thanks a lot, OhKlassy. How are you even in business?

UPDATE: This company does not ship to Hawaii despire saying they ship all over the world. I would be very careful about ordering from them.

Ganz übel! Ich habe 2 Uhren bestellt! Beide Uhren kriegt man kaum zu und auf schon gar nicht! Eine ist direkt kaputt gegangen! So ein Schrott !

I love!! My husband bought me two of the watches from Ohklassy and they turned out to be so much prettier in person! I love the antique look they have and how dainty they are. The packaging looked very intentional and thoughtful which is nice, as the watches are in the hundred dollar price range. They definitely do not look cheap nor do they feel cheap, but actually have a very decent weight to them. The only thing I would have liked to see is them use a real what I think is supposed to be a tigers eye stone for the band but other than that, I will definitely be purchasing more watches from here and am very pleased with my order!

NIET BESTELLEN! Horloges ontvangen, vond de kwaliteit slecht, zien eruit alsof ze van plastic gemaakt zijn. Meteen retour aangevraagd en die werd afgewezen.
Na meerdere mails beloofd een retour etiket te sturen, nu maanden verder en nog steeds geen retour procedure op gang gezet.

Wat een *** bedrijf. Ik ben er zo klaar mee en vind het heel naar dat het zo’n enorm gedoe is. Als ik dit had geweten had ik sowieso nooit wat besteld, maar nu al helemaal nooit meer. Eindelijk na weken wachten kreeg ik mijn pakketje en zijn het gewoon twee horloges van SheIn!!! Niet normaal.
Vervolgens hebben ze mij geblokkeerd op Instagram omdat ze van mij onder hun post berichten kregen omdat ze niet reageerde op mijn DM’s.
En dan zie je dat ze heel netjes reageren onder mijn eerder geschreven review. Netjes toch? Maar vervolgens als ik ze het honderde mailtje heb gestuurd reageren ze alsnog niet. Het is allemaal schijn! Retourneren kunnen ze ook niet. Ik ga hier niks voor betalen en ben bezig met rapportages bij verschillende organisaties. Dit laat ik echt niet over m’n kant gaan. Dus neem alsjeblieft mijn advies aan want dat bespaart je een hoop gezeur.

I thought the watches would be bigger, but I’m actually glad they’re not. They’re small, elegant, and very lightweight. I bought two and have only worn one so far, but I’ve been wearing it constantly for the past few months and it hasn’t tarnished or shown any signs of wear. It’s truly beautiful!

I got he black friday deal of two for one. Still pricey but worth it as I’ve been wanting some cute wrist watches! I’ve been wearing them constantly for a week and a half now, very happy with them. Wouldnt say theyre the most practical as I can’t really adjust or tell the exact time down to minutes, but it’s fine because it’s more about there aesthetics than practicality for me. Love that it came packaged super nice with wristband adjusters.

Amazing watches and the bags are unique and high quality as well.
