I bought it for the first time to test and it's really delicious, but it came all mixed (which for me is not a problem) but in the ad photo it was layer by layer, but what I found bad was the fact that I came practically half of the pot empty, it seems that they put the layers of filling and then went down and on top it was empty. Maybe I'll buy it again to try again
The items arrived with no ice pack and was fully melted and combined on a 100 degree day.

I reached out and was told a replacement was on the way. NEVER RECEIVED
I followed up and was ignored. 2 weeks later I got an email apologizing saying it was going to be expedited.
