Chloe was fantastic in helping us choose a new bed for my son. He got to pick the colour and he loves it. Chloe was lovely to engage with and the process, delviery and assembly was very smooth.

Thanks for all your help Chloe, my son loves his new midsleeper bed, the bed is excellent quality and sturdy, delivery was sooner than expected. I highly recommend Ogelbeds.

Delivery was on time and our son loves his new bed

Updated:
I ordered the Hanlee triple bunk bed in white, and I finally received my order. In my case, the delivery took nearly 16 weeks, which is quite a long wait. If you're considering placing an order, it's important to keep this in mind.

That being said, the quality of the materials and fittings is excellent. The packaging was secure, and the assembly instructions were clear, making it easy to put together on my own.

Did I receive what I expected? Absolutely! I am very satisfied with the quality.

Had a great experience recently while shopping for new bunk beds, Chloe was extremely helpful and informative made our purchase very easy.

We had a great experience today, we wore well looked after by Chloe who was a pleasure to deal with, she was so helpful. So knowledgeable and absolutely loves her job, she knows the beds/mattresses so well! She couldn’t have done more for myself and my mam, she is a huge credit to the company and showed so much passion and love for her job which is pure joy as a customer to have someone dedicate there time and be so Helpful with you. Thank you Chloe, you are amazing❤️ from Kelsey & Tracey ❤️

I bought four double bunks and a single bunk from ogel beds and the mattresses also. The prices were very reasonable and the bunks are high quality and look great too. We dealt with Mark and from beginning to end the service was excellent. They were for a summer house in the west of Ireland and everything ran v smoothly. The kids and their cousins all loved the bunks and everyone commented on how comfortable they were.

My kids love their new Bunk beds. So pretty & solid. The extra storage is also fab!
We had a fitter from Right Style Furniture, Victor, assemble ours & he did an amazing job.

Purchased a bed recently online which was a very easy process but decided to change for different type after purchase. Made a trip to their store to choose another and team made the changes necessary. Bed was delivered before estimated date which was a plus.
The bed I chose was slightly expensive but it was a must. The bed arrived in flat packs as expected with easy to follow instructions. All the parts fitted well and with ease.

I purchased a 4ft bunkbed (top and bottom). The delivery was quick and the delivery service was great but the beds themselves weren't fantastic. Lots of little dents in the frame when I opened it and the overall finish wasn't very nice, so many pocket holes even on the headboard that ill have to fill separately. I had a similar bed from another business that was made up without the holes. The delivery cost was expensive too.

Was interested in a bunk bed from their shop and was initially told the model would take around 3-4 weeks to arrive, we needed them much sooner.

A staff member called Eoghan worked his magic and was able to get us an earlier delivery date. Delivery came on the date as promised and the product itself is great value and quality! Eoghan also followed up to make sure all was ok with the bunk bed. Super service really impressed! Keep up the good work Ogel beds!!

Mark out off ogleys bed he is so kind all ways there to help even with a smile je so kind very helpful I've going beds off him few times and never fails tank u mark ur a gentleman

Mark was extremely helpful and made getting the kids bunk beds hassle free.

We had a great experience with this company. We visited the store which is fantastic for displays and children's entertainment, staff were also very knowledgeable and helpful.
The items we purchased were delivered promptly and recommendation on fitter also excellent,
Would recommend.

Bunk bed is very sturdy and good value for money customer service was excellent. Only thing I'd change is i would get the fitter as the instructions are hard to follow. It's definitely worth the money for a fitter to put the bed together

THIS SHOP HAS EVERY CHILDS DREAM BED

Excellent customer experience. Dealt with Mark, who helped us pick the right bunkbed and was prompt and helpful with prices/deposit, queries and delivery information. Bed was delivered as promised within 4-5 week lead time and we got good notice of time of day. Really happy with the final product, our boys are over the moon. I assembled myself which took approx 8 hours in total. I would advise a ball-ended allen key (not provided) to anyone doing it themselves as there are tricky angles at times. Also probably a second person to help (as advised in the user manual). Finally I used a drill very carefully to save time and managed not to damage the product (user manual advised screwdriver only).

This has been a seamless experience. I would definitely recommend. Once you don’t rush or underestimate self-assembly it’s a doable task and saves a few bob.

Very happy with my experience in Ogel Beds. Can't remember the guys name but he was very helpful and very nice. We even got 2 beds. They had everything we needed. Delighted

Delighted with the double bunks would defiently recommend great friendly service
