Offthegrain Recenzje

Offthegrain was a smooth buying experience right from the start. My Oak floating shelf is of the highest quality and very well made. The shelf was very well wrapped for shipping, and remained well protected. Huge thumbs up for this small business… we will be buying a few more now that we have seen the quality and craftsmanship. Thanks Don

Easy website to use and speedy response. Very good quality product - I have bought from them a couple of times now and am v pleased with the quality of the product.

Just collected a custom size coffee table from the factory. Everyone very welcoming and helpful. Also took the opportunity to look round the new showroom where couple of pieces caught my eye.
The coffee table added the finishing touch to our refurbished sitting room.

Great product , kept advised of delivery, would recommend and use the company for purchasing again.

A really disappointing experience. We ordered a coat rack on January 15th and website said 2 weeks lead time. Two weeks passed and no rack. I tried to call, phone would say on lunch break or no one available please leave a message, followed by message inbox full! Response to emails was also rubbish! Finally told it would be delivered half term week, I messaged to say we would be away. I was told they would hold off until the Saturday we were back. Guess what? It arrived whilst we were away but luckily our daughter had popped round so took delivery. We got home, opened it and it was in an awful state - how it passed quality control is beyond me - it was so damaged! We were told to send it back and they would replace. We loved the rack so decided to give them another chance. We sent the old one back and again waited ages for a new one and every-time we chased it up we couldn’t actually speak to anyone! The new one finally arrived and it’s still not great, it hasn’t been painted properly and isn’t very professional looking. However, it is good enough and with coats on you can’t totally see the shoddy bits so we’ve kept it. I wouldn’t order from this company again and won’t be recommending them which is such a shame as I love supporting small, family businesses. I am not one to leave negative reviews but I felt it was important to make others aware. Hopefully off the grain have put somethings into place to prevent this happening to others.

Super quality wooden shelf and fixtures. Bespoke product. Great customer service. Can highly recommend

We ordered a wooden beam for above our fireplace and we experienced wonderful service! The beam itself is wonderful craftsmanship, we're so pleased!

Gorgeous shelf and looks amazing in my bedroom! Will be ordering another one for my bathroom 😍

Really high quality and looks great. Easy to put up as well.

Very happy with my coat rack, excellent quality and good communication with the company.

Excellent quality shelves custom made and available in a variety of finishes. My daughter loves them.

Items are of lovely quality and customer service has been fantastic

Great high quality product. Company kept in touch to ensure we knew the coatrack was in production and when it was being delivered. It looks just like the images online and suits our new boot room space as we had hoped.

I have had 4 coat racks from offthrgrain and they have all been well made and delivered well packaged and promptly. Easy to fit and nice to be able to order the same hooks separately to match the racks for the back of doors / side of cupboards.
Will be using them again in the future.

Great service, I ordered a made to measure fire mantel in solid oak. Very pleased with it, good quality and reasonably priced. I put it up straight away and can't stop looking at it. I would use this company again.

Excellent customer service . Quality product & fast service. Would definitely recommend this company.

Perfect! Just what I was looking for, great quality and great service. Highly recommend.

I only bought a shelf, but it’s exactly what I was looking for - good wood, smooth finish and was delivered in good time.

1.1 metre coat rack with shelf. Came within the delivery time stated. What can I say - it's beautiful. Follow up text from company to check all was okay - much appreciated. Would certainly use again recommend. A very big thankyou.

I ordered from Off the Grain through B&Q on 9th March and the whole experience has been incredibly frustrating from start to finish.

I received tracking information on 20th March, but it never updated after that. Trying to get any help from customer service was almost impossible — they are practically non-existent. When I did get a response, they kept saying they’re a “small company” and that it’s important to them, which honestly just felt like an excuse rather than any real help.

They initially claimed that Parcel Force hadn’t scanned the item and that it must be lost. However, after weeks of trying to call them and getting little help, the original tracking suddenly updated to say it had been collected from them on 14th April when they had claimed to send out new shelves.

The item finally arrived on 16th April, over a month after ordering, but it was incomplete — the fittings that are meant to be included were missing. I contacted them immediately and was told replacements had been sent out that same day.

It’s now 25th April and the fittings still haven’t arrived. I’m left with two unusable pieces of wood sitting in my house.

I’ve tried calling again, only to hear a message saying it’s their “Christmas period” and they’re very busy… in April. That pretty much sums up the level of organisation.

Overall, this company has been a complete nightmare to deal with. Delays, poor communication, and what feels like constant excuses and misinformation. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
