Produits de mauvaise qualité part rapport a la concurrence, pour un prix plus élevé. Service client pas réactif du tout, on oublie des pièces de la commande, et pour finir ln vous facture 50€ le retour. Très mauvaise expérience.

J'ai commandé une chaise herman Miller mira 2 reconditionnée. Elle est arrivée sous une semaine. Le loquet en plastique de réglage de l'accoudoir s'est cassé pendant le transport,ainsi que le dossier et un trou dans l'assise. Le service client m'a remplacé les pièces abimées sous une semaine et sans tergiverser. La chaise est comme neuve, je suis très satisfaite !Le transport est pas cher et l'emballage est cheap, mais le service client est TOP .

The delivery took a bit of time and they forgot to send the wheel alongside the chair but after sending a mail they responded immediately and I received the wheels within 3days. The quality is good, looks like a new chair and for now I don't find any issues with the chair and the service.

The product box arrived with no damage but the chair had two broken parts inside. One was just a front cover right under the lip of the seat pan and the other was, presumably, the mechanism to control the height of the chair. Chair also dosent look to be reconditioned/refurbished.

Asked for a return but they replied by saying that they will send in the broken parts.
I replied in a couple of minutes just to see an automated email that said that they prepared the shipping for the said parts.

Even if the issue will be solved, they basically ignored what the customer asked. Only good part is that it arrived fast.

Stay away from them if you seek quality services

Bought a refurbished, fully loaded version of the Herman Miller Aeron Remastered, in a Spring Sale Offeco was running at the time. What got me to buy from them is that as an EU customer, I appreciated the prices and warranty they were offering with the products. Throughout the whole process, the company was flawless, instantly replying to my inquiries and questions about their products via live chat before purchase. I also mistakenly entered the wrong information during the ordering process, and after letting them know, they were prompt to reply and very willing to help me out, getting the issue resolved in just a matter of a few days. Even though I was buying international shipping, the shipping was quick, and the chair looks great! Used, yet clean and working perfectly! I have no complaints, but the only thing I would mention is that it would be nice if a simple assembly manual came with the chair. The chair came just disassembled without any instructions, and if someone isn't as handy or technical, they might have a little tough time figuring it out and searching around the internet. Besides that, I would buy from Offeco again and greatly recommend them!

I ordered Haworth Zody. Unfortunately tilt tension lever was broken when chair arrived. I sent photo with broken lever and in one day I received email that company will send me a new one for free. After a week (I live in Czechia) I received a new one and whole chair works perfectly. I really appreciate how fast the whole reclamation process works here. The chair is perfect and for cheap price I got ergonomic chair for hone office.

I ordered a refurbishes Aeon chair.
It came in (once it was back in stock) super fast!
Perfectly packaged and support was there with continuous updates.
Initially, I thought it came with a slight setup issue, but the support provided a quick video, and the fix took less than 10 seconds to complete.
Overall, I can't recommend the site enough!
Hopefully, I won't need a replacement chair anytime soon, but if I do need one, I know where I'm getting it from!

Customer support is very sweet and helpful - answers everything I’ve asked and even the dumb questions. They are fast and polite.
They even helped me get the right chair at no extra cost. Bonus points for that.
I haven’t received the chair yet, so far 4 stars and the missing one is currently about the shipping. I ordered a chair 9 days ago and I’ve not gotten much information if I hadn’t asked for it. I live in Denmark. 5 days ago I received a tracking number, but not much more than that. It’s 8 days ago the money was withdrawn from my account.
I know they say 3-12 business days and I can’t argue with that. Just wanted to express my experience :-).

I am so pleasantly surprised with the quality OFFECO offers and i clearly recommend them to anybody who wants an affordable alternative of expensive chairs like Herman Miller Mirra ets.
