Bought a Herman Miller Aeron Remastered, and while the chair itself was in excellent condition, the process of buying it was (and still is) a mess.
I ordered the chair from their website, and on order confirmation i got an error message saying something went wrong, yet my money was still gone. But hey, maybe it was just an error, so i tried reaching customer service. I sent them several e-mails, yet no response. To get an actuall answer, i had to call their customer support number, which they answered pretty fast and assured me my order went through. Weeks go by, and i have yet to recieve any info about my order, so i call again. This time another person on the line finds out that my order got messed up completly due to techichal issues on their site, but he would help me get a new one as fast as possible. This time i actually got an order confimration and tracking number, great! (even though at this point it was almost a month since i ordered the chair).
The chair arrives and everything seems to be fine, but i was not done yet, as i recieved a customs invoice from my goverment, saying the chair was not declaired properly. This happened even though i was assured i would get a refund on the VAT portion of the price if that happened, and guess what, radio silence again! I have yet to recieve my refund for my VAT portion, so untill i do that i cannot give anything more than 2 stars here, even though the chair itself was in a really good condition, which is a shame. If they fix my issue i might consider changing the review for the better.

Ik heb hier een bureaustoel besteld met een geadverteerde levertijd van 1-5 werkdagen. De stoel werd pas na 9 werkdagen afgeleverd (onbeheerd voor de deur neergezet), zonder enige vorm van verpakking.

Ordered a chair between christmas and new year of 2024. The chair that arrived was NOT the one I ordered. I tried to contact them via email, but I did not receive any reply. After that I got a hold of them via whatsapp, where they told me they could not deliver the chair I had ordered so they decided to send over the closest analogue that they had in stock without informing me. I have never encountered any shop that does this. An order cancellation would have been way more appropriate with an email explaining the situation. Begrudgingly I accepted that they would at least send over a different lower section so the chair matches closer to what I had ordered. (Which is still not okay, I paid for the chair that was advertised and pictured. So the company should have delivered that one!) 2 Weeks later and they are ghosting me on whatsapp as well. Really terrible service. I feel totally ripped off and will see what I can do to file a complaint with any sort of consumer protection agency.

Edit: I just checked and they still have the chair up for sale on their website, even though by their own admission they cannot deliver it. That's a huge red flag.

I have ordered from Ferbox 3 separate times now and each time it has been a very pleasant experience.
